The Inn was close to downtown Aspen and offered shuttles which were convenient and free parking. Lobby and main areas were well maintained, but the guest wings were under full renovations, work crews in the halls, dust in the air, cords and tubes all down the halls, some rooms going through full demo. Our room was dated, clean, but carpet and couch had old stains and the heat didn't work very well (probably why they are renovating). Bed linens and towels were clean. They did give us a late check out and the staff were nice, just keep in mind if you are booking right now that the guest rooms and surrounding hallways/rooms are being worked on. We were only there for a one night stay and it was fine.

The weather was beautiful the room was clean

Great hotel with friendly staff. There was no breakfast and the hotel was out of Aspen. There's not much parking in Aspen. The area around the hotel was nice as you are right by the ski lift. The corridors were cold and there was fan heaters around the hotel. Would be a perfect hotel for the ski season.

Beautiful hotel, warm and cozy. Staff friendly, room large and clean. Would stay again.

Brief one night stay arriving late and leaving early

Disappointed our room didn’t have a view, the neighbors where very loud and couldn’t go to sleep until 2am but overall room was clean and nice.

Great stay, rooms were spacious and friendly staff. There was some construction ongoing near our room which was loud. We would definitely stay again!
2.0
Very nice facility for the price. Clean, comfortable, and in a lovely location. The bathroom could use a minor renovation, but it was clean and very functional. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice lobby and hallway but room looked like a garage sale, packed w mis matched outdated and broken furniture/cabinets. Ikea bed, Gpa's war chest, old fraternity pull out sofa, dark shag carpet, old toilet seat, unusable tiny balcony while still paid for a 4 star accomodations.
2.0
Nice hotel with very friendly and of helpful front desk staff.
2.5
The room was huge and the amenities provided everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, good size fridge patio and coffee make were some of the things we liked. Sadly, the pool was closed for renovations which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening and the BBQ restaurant on site was convenient and very tasty.

The free shuttle anywhere you needed to go was amazing! We loved using the app. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful area, can’t wait to stay here again.

The rooms were quite large and enjoyed having a sofa in the room. Shuttle service to downtown Aspen was great.

Staff customer centered. Front desk clerks, restaurant staff (guy who loves Journey), and men that drove shuttles!

This may have been my best stay at a hotel in years. The staff did not know that I had just traveled from my Father’s funeral and because the hotel was very quiet during my stay they had upgraded me to a beautiful room.
I started crying because they didn’t know how stressful my last 2 weeks had been along with delays in traveling. The room was spectacular and so quiet. I had more than I needed. Anytime I walked by the front desk, staff were always asking if I needed water or fresh amenities in the room. The most attentive staff I’ve been around in a long time. Thank you so much for this stay, I will certainly always make this my first choice in Aspen!

Restaurant is a sports bar, OK food but limited menu if staying for several days, since there’s no place else nearby to eat. The shuttle service is convenient/efficient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but a bit dated and towels are like sandpaper!

Our stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and made it easy to navigate our stay. The shuttle service was very convenient and easy to use which allowed us to explore downtown and other areas as we wanted! Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable bed, it is older but decorated nicely and very clean. We slept great and it was fantastic based on the other pricing in town.

We were disappointed because the pool was closed in early August!

An aging resort, rooms could use a bit of sprucing up, but nice layout and clean. Summer is evidently off season as it's primarily a ski resort, so some construction was going on.

We booked this one night stay months in advance, and it was very expensive at almost $350. When we drove in (8hrs) and arrived around 8pm, we were told that the pool, spa, and hot tub were all not working and there was nothing they could do, and that they would issue no refunds. No notice was sent to us prior and we feel we wasted a lot of money, as a key reason we booked this hotel was for the amenities. The front desk girl was very unhelpful and didn't seem to care that were we upset by the situation. We also waited for over 15 min to even be approached by the hostess when we arrived for dinner, and they were not that busy. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the staff were seriously lacking and the amenities were nonexistent for the high price we paid to stay here. Would not stay here again or recommend.

The property was a little noisy at night, groups of young people talking/laughing in the hallway. Not much the hotel can do about that, but it was annoying.

Building is need of renovation. Wood is falling off or missing on the outside of building. Very expensive for the condition of the property
1.0
I'll start from the top. The young staff at the front desk acted very put off by my presence on the two occasions I interacted with them. I get it, none of us want to work. But they made it so awkward. The room itself was just alright. I immediately found half of a used plastic knife under the table in plain sight. Not great. You can tell they've spent a lot of money to make the common areas and outside of the building attractive but that hasn't extended to the rooms. They're just okay, more what I'd expect from a room a third of this price. In fact, our room barely resembled what they have pictured in the listing. The internet was completely unavailable for the duration of our stay. The fridge didn't stay cold, and has no freezer for ice packs. There is a balcony but you'd be lucky to fit a single person on it. The pool is under construction. Adding all of this up, I wouldn't be too put off if we had paid $100 a night, but we actually paid $350 a night. I know Aspen is expensive, but do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
