The location was on a quiet street.
I didn't like the security deposit. Those sometimes take time too long to put back but they're taken quickly.

House was close to the set destination and except for the dog across the street was pretty quiet. For the price it was good
Bed sheets in main room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Also killed 3 cockroaches within the first 20 minutes of being there but didn't see any after that. Lawn hadn't been mowed in awhile either

We the location of the place.
The only thing we didn't like was the grass was really high and needed mowed..

Clean, basic home. Well stocked kitchen with nice, basic supplies (salt/pepper/dishwasher tabs, etc). Washing room has small amount of detergent and dryer sheets, which was appreciated. Beds all smelled freshly washed and were comfy. Nice sized yards for bringing pets.
Location was close to downtown. Easily accessible to all parts of Clarksville. About 15 mins to Fort Campbell, 10 mins to mall, 15 mins to Sango. Pretty central Clarksville location if you are traveling to different sides.
Rental agency was extremely communicative, which was awesome. Easily accessible by phone, text or messaging. Quick response time.
There is an additional pet fee that was not clearly stated on booking.com (although understandable to have). The advertisement states pet friendly, but we didn’t know about the $125 fee until after booking.
Neighborhood was ok. We felt safe enough. Late at night you could hear neighbors/teenagers walking and socializing/ playing basketball.
