Beautiful place, loved the stone wall in the bathroom. Very comfy and warm. Lovely host.

This lovely hidden gem is absolutely fabulous. We were made to feel very welcome by Dawn and Steve. Everything we needed was there and as for the beach across the road - amazing. Brilliant if you have dogs as traffic is minimal and everywhere is really dog friendly. Loved it.
Nothing to not like.

Easy to find, very welcoming. Room was warm when we arrived and facilities to make tea. Perfect blend of cosy, beautiful and practical. They thought of everything from coat pegs to plug sockets to a microwave. Was perfect for our one night stay and we would certainly come back.
It was already excellent but perhaps a cafetière or coffee bags, and a pack of cards/ other simple games would make it even more delightful.

Right on the beach and short walk to lots of pubs and places to eat. Lovely pedestrianised coast road. We took our dog who enjoyed it too.

"What a little Gem"
Will definitely be returning. It's so difficult to find dog friendly places, and this is right on the beach front, which is dog friendly too..
It was spotless, and the bed was comfy. Little touches made it even more homely. It was so peaceful and quiet, loved it
I'd say it's perfect for one medium sized dog and it's owner and maybe their partner. Lol or 2 tiny dogs.. any more would be a squeeze.
Exposed window next to owners window and can see the street from bed, a blind or a net would of been perfect for that extra bit of privacy without closing the curtains..

lovely hostess, clean, great shower , refreshments available,
was disappointed that it wasn't overlooking the sea , the steps leading down to the room was bit slippy with the rain

Stunning little place in an equally stunning location, with the friendliest hosts. The beach is beautiful, and New Brighton itself is beautiful. All in all top notch.

Breakfast N/A. Location was good with a view of Liverpool across the river.
Bed to soft for our liking and only one pillow each.

What an absolute gem! Situated on the water's edge with amazing views over to Liverpool. The room is exceptionally cosy with everything you need there including several extras you don't usually get in this kind of accommodation; microwave, wine cooler, wide assortment of teas & coffees and even some snacks. Having our own entrance with private courtyard was a bonus too. As an extra surprise, I had mentioned it was my birthday and was given a card & gift :) We will definitely be back...thank you Dawn & Steve

The location was ideal, right on the sea front and halfway between New Brighton attractions and the Ferry cross the Mersey.
The room was tucked away in an annex behind the main house with its own private terrace, it was well equipped and had a good selection of tea and coffee.
The Owners were really friendly and we had a visit from their lovely dogs, the house has a great history and is well worth a conversation with the owners.
Honestly, I couldn't fault it.

The room was comfy, everything was clean, the owner very kind and the place very quiet. It had plenty of details like shampoo and bath gel, boiler, coffee, milk, still water. The room is in a private area for clients, etc. Besides the beach for a nice morning walk. I forgot my earphones and the owner called me to ask my address to send them. Very good quality-price.
The place was at the opposite side of the city centre, but there is public transport to get there, not a big deal.

location is lovely, the apartment was private and had everything you might need for an overnight stay.
breakfast not included in the price, had an option of ordering a bacon or sausage roll via whatsApp at an extra cost.

As there was no breakfast or facilities to eat. A fridge and a microwave would
Have been great. I stored my food outside to keep chilled.

Such a clean and beautiful little place, very peaceful and right on the Promenade! Having our own access was great, was lovely to have the privacy. Staff were so lovely and welcoming and told us a little about the interesting history of the building.

Nice owners, great location, easy parking, very private, nice and quiet.
Having seen the building many times before I stayed there, I had expected it to a bit more "olde worldy".

Location
Advertised location as in New Brighton , but turned out to be on Egremont Promenade Wallasey , my visiting family we’re all staying in New Brighton. due to location we sadly missed out on a much anticipated family night out.
Although it is quite a pleasant walk along the promenade in good weather

The host was such a lovely woman, dog lover, which to me shows great character. She was super helpful.
The room was very nice, decorated nice and had everything you need. The bed was comfy and there's a spare heater you can use, which I did because the weather was freezing.
There's a little yard if you did have your dog with you and you are very close to the promenade for walks.
They also offer breakfast butties if you order the night before.
Very minor issue -I could have done with a plug next to the bed

We loved the location, and the property has an interesting history. The room was lovely and felt really private, super comfy bed and nice thoughtful touches. We hope to return in the warmer weather and make use of the little private courtyard.
