This townhome is located on the second floor. It has a flight of stairs that is about 20 steps to the third floor were you can find the kitchen, living room, and additional bedroom.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our stay was comfortable and the views are fabulous. Favorite place in the home was on the deck. We got to see dophins and whales while we enjoyed our morning coffee.

The location cannot be beat and it had a fabulous patio with view and big enough for meals. I also appreciate the plastic free bathroom supplies (shampoo/conditioner)
The place was not clean with stains on the furniture and carpet and sand on floors and in ‘clean’ beds.
The kitchen was very sparse
The worst part was communication with VACASA (the host) trying to confirm the rollaway beds and add an extra night were a nightmare. I would not use this company again

We have stayed twice before and always love the stay but we were disappointed this time. We chose to come back here because of previous past experiences.
1) The patio is one of our favorite places to hang out and enjoy the mornings and evenings while enjoying the view. The neighbors staying in the next unit smoked all kinds of things and the smoke kept coming into our patio/unit and we had young kids. We were unable to enjoy our favorite feature due to the constant indulgence of multiple substances next door.
2)We also were very hot at night. Please consider adding AC units & ceiling fans in the upstairs bedroom and living areas. Being that we had to keep the doors closed it was very hot with the heat rising upstairs. Only one small bedroom window opened and the little floor fan didn’t produce the speed and cool air we had hoped for!
3)Upon arrival the upstairs medical cabinet was dirty. I cleaned it.
4)The supplies for the kitchen could also be upgraded and have more options. We stay in other condo units through the year and expected more options. Could use a hand mixer, plastic cups for younger kids, plastic mixing bowls, cookie sheets, ice maker available for guests.
5) Disappointed in the shampoo/EcoPod products. Only had two shampoos and two conditioners and no body wash or lotion like the picture displayed that was in the bathroom. Not kid friendly. When hanging out on the beach each day and having kids and sand there needs to be more shampoo and Body wash options like a pump product in the shower bc we had to buy items to use due to not expecting that power option and not packing any for the stay.
6)love the little BBQ area with fire pit and chair options. Please bring back the corn hole game option.

Great place to stay and close to everything. Very clean. My only thing negative, was when I called them on the telephone there was no way to talk to a person and the text messages seemed automated.

Our family has stayed here multiple times and it has worked great for us. We have young children and it’s conveniently located and has everything you need in the home.

This was a great property. It was clean and in an amazing location. Trying communicate with the property management was only done strictly through text messages and their responses seemed automated like a bot or AI. That was the only downside. I recommend this property. I just wish the property managers would be available over the phone for questions.

Perfect spot for our family vacay. Cafes right there, beach across the street, wonderful deck for lounging, comfy beds, convenient kitchen, WiFi for doing a lil work, easy parking, self check in. Loved it.

The condo is in a good location in Cayucos, with a nice view.
However the condo itself is in a strange building, too many stairs both outside and inside the condo. The building ma have formerly been a motel and the renovations show this.. Too many stairs, doors light switches…the bedrooms have either no windows or windows that you cannot open because then you have no privacy.
Compared to other condos we have stayed, this is low key of amenities.

Open airy feel, modern, clean, all the basics in the kitchen, enjoyed having meals on the balcony with ocean view. Can hear the surf when the windows are open. Fans in the unit help keep the rooms cool during our stay in the Fall, but may be hot during the summer. Our family had a great time and the location is perfect.

Although the unit is a bit tired, the location simply can’t be beat. Situated right on Ocean Avenue (main strt) with fabulous water views and walking distance to all local attractions, restaurants, and the beach.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and spacious. You can sit on the couch and see the pier, let alone once you see the view from the balcony. We will definitely be rebooking.

We loved the location but had problems with unit. Toilet not working. Sheets weren’t clean, mold on deck furniture, gas stove didn’t work, no lite in stairwell leading to upstairs.
Beautiful view but disappointed in accommodations.

I loved the scenery view of the beachfront. Having a clean and well maintained house provided you a relaxing vacation. The balcony was amazing that you can spend all day just to feel the sea breeze. The location was adjacent to restaurant and groceries. Definitely, I will come back again for vacation.
