This property fit our needs perfectly. Description of the property and amenities were spot on. We were in town for my daughter's wedding, and it was difficult finding a property that would permit us to have a small gathering for the rehearsal dinner. In addition, we had a specific request due to a health issue of one of the guests. I inquired through the VRBO app, and our host (Lynn) was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. Was the best interaction I have ever had with a host and very appreciated. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the metro area (also very close to King's Island although we did not visit).

Had a wonderful week in Cincinnati with the family. I have family that lives in the area so we were able to get together with them. The house was awesome. It had everything we needed. The children had a wonderful time with the game room. One thing to note if you’re planning on going to Cinti in July. It is HUMID!!!

We had a group of family and friends stay together here while attending a conference in Cincinnati. The home was just as pictured, or even better! Lots to do and plenty of space! The decor was creative and contemporary. Quiet side street was well located. We made good use of the grill, the fire pit, the game room, the bikes, the movie room, and the enormous kitchen/dining area. We would happily come back again… and are already thinking about the next opportunity.

Wonderful home with all the amenities you could ever want. This was our second time at the "Cozy Bee" for our annual reunion of family scattered all over the country. We used the grill for cook outs and the large round dining table for breakfast and just sitting around visiting. The fire pit was awesome where cold beer and wine was enjoyed! Highly recommend this home! Host is very accessible and responsive to any communication. The kitchen is amazing!

We were in town for a wedding and family reunion. There were 8 of us in total including a 7 month old baby. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the game room. The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed or wanted. Open communication with the host. I would stay here again!

The Cozy Bee cottage was perfect for us! Everything was exactly as described and we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend celebration for our Xavier graduate! Super cute upgrades everywhere, quiet walkable neighborhood and the kitchen is simply amazing. Would definitely stay again!!

We stay in this lovely home for 3 nights to attend my niece’s wedding. The place was perfect for all of us. We love the kitchen. There were 11 of us in the house and didn’t feel crowded. definitely recommend this place.

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette party for the weekend, and this was the perfect place for 7 girls to stay, especially with 3 showers. The kitchen and dining area was perfect to fit everyone for meals that we ate at the house, and we loved having the games in the garage and fire pit for a more laidback evening while people were arriving. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We were in the area for our son’s wedding. This beautiful house served as our base for immediate and some extended family. The home is exactly as described. The kitchen, in particular, is magnificent. The accommodations were very comfortable and the game room ( garage) was a great diversion for the younger kids. We would definitely rent this space again!

BFF and teen kids annual winter weekend get-a-way and this home was everything we needed. Comfortable beds for everyone, basketball, ping pong, air hockey, bikes, and great table for board games and meals. The house is amazing and pictures don’t show how comfortable it is. We hope to go back to the cozy bee next year!

We stayed at The Cozy Bee for a couple days in September 2023. Amazing home, very clean with plenty accommodations. We had a party of 6 in town for the Bengals game (2 kids). We had a great time! Kids loved the games and bikes available at the property. 25-30 min drive to stadium. We will definitely be back for our next Bengal game!

Really enjoyed the home. It's well decorated and in a quiet location. Lots of fun games and activities to do at the house. It's close to shopping and a quick drive to downtown Cincinnati. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises again.

We used this beautiful home as our base for the Western & Southern tennis tournament and it was only 8 minutes from that venue! Loved the home and the quiet neighborhood and it suited our group of friends very well. The garage / game room was a great addition and many a ping pong and pop-a-shot games took place. Thank you!

There were 9 of us staying together. My wife, son and I, my sister, brother in law and their 2 girls and our parents. We all met there to take our parents away for their 50th Anniversary. We loved the games, bikes, firepit, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, just everything really. The Cozy Bee is a fantastic place to stay with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Lynn was immediately available to answer the 1 question I had Check in and check out process is as easy as it gets with very minimal and reasonable requests for the guests on checkout. We had a fantastic stay and made great memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

The house was perfect. It was clean and had so much to offer. We were pleasantly surprised that we were supplied with hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels for our stay. This was our “home base” for a reunion of five brothers scattered across the country. This home is impeccable and leaves you wanting nothing. Can’t say enough good things about the layout, the amenities, the cleanliness, etc. we had a question about TV operation in theater room in lower level and owner was available by text or phone and helped us immediately. Would definitely recommend this home!

This house is awesome! It is a beautiful, well-equipped home. We rented it for our son's wedding. The wedding venue did not have bridal party rooms. So, we needed space for everyone to get ready. This house worked wonderfully. There is plenty of room. With 3 floors, the whole wedding party could get ready and still remain separated until it was time for "the first look". A tree in the fenced back yard provided some shade and a perfect place for the 1st look pictures. Some of the wedding party stayed the night before the wedding to be able to get an early morning start on the wedding/reception setup at the venue. The guys even had a little time to enjoy the game and entertainment rooms. The newlyweds stayed at the home after the wedding. We had a couple questions prior to arriving and received a quick response to our message. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and family looking for a great place to stay. Thanks for helping make it a perfect day!

This is a beautiful spotlessly clean cosy house , with wonderful facilities within walking distance to the town of Mason. We were visiting from Ireland for a family wedding and three families ( 6 adults and 5 children, age 12 and under stayed ). Our visit was for a week. The children had their quarters downstairs which they loved they all slept in the room which has 4 bunks and a pull out bed They loved the movie room . The games room was also a huge hit and they had space outside to play in the garden and make s'mores at the stove in the evening. The adults enjoyed cooking and eating together at the property. Lynn was very responsive and dropped over any supplies such as extra utensils etc as soon as we requested it. The beds in the two main bed rooms were so comfortable. Lynn had put a high grade blow up mattress in the remaining bedroom, which is on the mezzanine - the mattress was comfortable. This room in our opinion is probably more suited for a shorter stay or for teenagers/ kids as it is open so can be noisy when people start to get up. We didn't get to use the sauna but it looks brand new. It was wonderful to have a town with nice restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance also. I would highly recommend this house for parties of our size or smaller.
