About this house rental

Enjoy our beautiful home where families come together! We boast 5 bedrooms, with 2 primary suites, and 2 bedrooms joined by a jack and jill style full bathroom. The remaining bedroom is conveniently situated next to the powder room giving each bedroom an appointed space. There is a game room with a couch that makes into 2 beds. There is a Billiards table with a ping pong table top to entertain all ages.. The large private backyard has a GRAND heated pool and spa surrounded by 2000sq ft of gorgeous travertine decking. The yard is huge with lots of space to entertain, BBQ or relax and watch the football game under the pergola on the Sunbrite TV. Our home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large private yard with beautiful artificial turf and a bocce ball court. We are 2 miles from State Farm Stadium, Tanger outlets for great shopping, Westgate Entertainment district with more shopping and great restaurants, Top Golf, and more. Just 15-minute drive and you can be at multiple Spring training facilities to watch your favorite baseball teams! There are over a dozen golf courses within minutes as well. The kitchen is stocked well for entertaining. This home is ideal for extended families to gather, friends to enjoy catching up or just a quiet getaway to recharge. Exterior cameras are in use to ensure safety and compliance of house rules.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a multi-generational family… grandparents in their mid 70s, the next generation in the late 40s, then the grandchildren from ages 23 down to nine years old. There was so much to do for everyone…hot tub, outdoor games, billiard table. Not a dull moment! Everyone had an amazing time. The house was a nice size, and had many good spaces to spread out and enjoy, indoor and out. The property was incredibly well-equipped. There were some spices to help with cooking, nice pans, all newer/nice appliances. Plenty of towels, beach towels, bedding. Absolutely everything we needed. Additionally, the host was a delight. Very responsive and it was obvious she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would book here again without hesitation.

This is a beautiful property. We have 11 people stay here and we didn't feel crowded at all. I found Wendy, the owner, to be very helpful and responded very fast. One of the bunk beds needed fixed and she got a solution to it right away. I know some people don't like texting to turn on the hot tub, but I didn't find it to be an issue. She always got the tub turned on within minutes and always told me if she was going to be unreachable at a certain point. The backyard with the pool if very large and had plenty of space to do outdoor activities.

The property is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There were 11 ladies who shared the space to attend a Double Dutch meet up. The space was perfect for us. There was a mix up with the number of beds and we had to double up but the host was responsive and helpful. The backyard is large enough for photo shoots and TikTok videos.

Property was clean and exactly as described. We had fun in the pool and playing billiards and bocce. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Wendy was a very gracious and helpful host. We had 8 individuals (no couples) and there was just enough room for all of us. The canal trail was a short run from the property. Thank you Wendy for a great stay.

We came to Phoenix for a concert and stayed in this AMAZING HOUSE which is located very close to the concert venue. This house had everything! Large swimming pool, a pool table with ping pong option, grill, yard games, and a great layout to the house where we all had our own bathrooms and showers. The place was clean and very well taken care of. We'll be back for sure!!

I did not know this but keep in mind that your stuff can be held on the property until a fee is paid. Unfortunately, we had to paid an extra $400 (arbitrary $) to get back into the house after it was remotely locked. Unfortunately, the hot tub monitoring system was manually touched by one of our person staying at the house, by no bad intension. Owner said its remotely operated but was not operating system was not locked or covered. Unfortunately it was touched again to raise a temperature and boom, belongings were held hostage in the house until a $400 it was paid or police were to be called. With 12 people in the house, max of 14, the system should be covered, taped and marking do not operate. It should have been bettered controlled. Again there was no intension to damage, but yet owner can do that to you. Beware. Had no choice but to pay to get our belongings and get back into the house. Felted hassled.

Would highly recommend this property! It is absolutely beautiful. Great communication with the host as well as very clean, quiet and a great little neighborhood. The outdoor space is gorgeous- exactly what is pictured. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies etc. very open floor plan with a lot of natural daylight. Would definitely stay again!

Wendy was awsome to deal with, house was very clean and well kept. The pool was great and was very well maintained. The neighborhood was very quite, and seemed to be safe. Overall we had a great stay and plan to be back again in the future!

Family of 5 (3 boys 6-14)year up with my mom and stepdad for spring break spring training. Had plenty of room for everyone to have space to sleep comfortably. Back yard is huge and relaxing. House was stocked with fun games. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed our time at the house!

Really nice space, plenty of room for 2-3 families. Beds are comfortable and the house is tastefully decorated. Great yard, pool, and hot tub. Location is close to State Farm stadium and the outlet mall in Glendale. Owner is super nice and responsive. Thanks, Wendy, we enjoyed our stay!

This place is amazing! The host is amazing! The location is amazing! We planned a family vacation for my dad's 70th birthday. There were fourteen of us, this house is so spacious and we never felt crowded. The rooms have plenty of space and you will fall in love with the master bed and bath and will be fighting over who gets to shower first! The back yard gives you that resort feel with a lot of room for yard games. The pool is gorgeous! There is a TV outside so we were able to watch the football games while we BBQ'd. Everyone in the family was impressed and loved the home. Wendy the host is fantastic and quick with communications and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in place for our stay. We cannot wait for our next stay!

Great proximity to State Farm Stadium and other fun activities. Nice neighborhood and very responsive property manager to any questions. Great layout of house for families. The master is separate from several of other rooms. Our young adult children are up later than us which worked perfect.

From the moment we booked our vacation to check out all went smooth. Wendy was very responsive and answered all questions before and during our stay. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, it was spacious enough for our group of 13 and we never felt we were on top of each other. All bedrooms were a very good size. The master bathroom blew us all away, the shower was huge. We all took turns using it :) This beautifully remodeled home did not lack one thing. Unfortunately the pool wasn't finished during our stay but we spent some time in the backyard playing with the kids and soaking up some winter sun. I hope to be back during the summer for another family vacation. Thanks, Wendy!
