The perfect retreat to retire to after a day of exploring all of the wonders of "The Colour City" - Orange.
With 2 living spaces, 3 Queen Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, it's you home away from home.
Melrose has 2 living spaces, perfect for a large family and ideal for a group of friends who want to explore Orange and our beautiful surrounds.
The upstairs sections features a loungeroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 Queen Bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Downstairs is a large family entertaintment room, another kitchen, laundry and a full bathroom for guests to enjoy.
Off the downastirs kitchen is a covered outdoor entertainng area, perfect for a lazy afternoon of relaxation. No need to go upstairs for food and drinks, with the kitchen being fully equipped to cater for all your needs.

There is central gas heating throughout the top floor of the home, including in each of the bedrooms.

Melrose is located a short 2K, 5 minute drive from the CBD, where you will find a wide selection of restaurant experiences from "Hatted Fine Dining" to Family Friendly restaurants, and a wide selection of award winning pub food.
Loli Redinis, Charred, Mr Lims, The Union Bank, Sweet Sour Salt, Raku Izakaya, Avido, Pelligrinis - all a 5 minute drive from Melrose.
Towac Racecourse, Duntryleague and Wentworth Golf Courses, Orange Aquatic Centre are all a 5 minute drive away.
For the kids, take a visit to nearby Elephant Park, equipped with a playground, fitness equipment, BBQs & picnic spaces. Cook Park is a further minute down the road.
We are also on the road to the hiking trails at Mount Canobolas. Take in the views from the summit of Mount Canobolas or enjoy a picnic and take a stroll around Lake Canobolas. Further out are the Borenore Caves outside of Orange.
Melrose is situtated at the start of "The Mountain Wine Trail". Starting at Phillip Shaw (4 minute drive), take in Colmar Estate, Word of Mouth Wines, Ross Hills Wines, Brangayne and finish at Borrodell Vineyard and enjoy a long lunch or dinner at Sisters Rock Restaurant, enjoyng views back down the valley to Orange. A truly memorable experience.
Local cafes abound, with Academy Coffee Roasters, an 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) from Melrose.
