Crosshill Cottage is a luxurious and stylishly furnished four-bedroom holiday home located in the pretty hamlet of Weston, just outside the East Devon market town of Honiton. This detached new build holiday home is perfectly situated in the beautiful countryside of the Otter Valley in the foothills of the stunning Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it’s also within easy reach of the Jurassic coastline and beaches.

As you head inside, you will instantly feel at home and realise how truly unique and special this property is with the bold and bright colours and eye-catching furnishings. The large living room to the left is an absolute delight to relax in after a busy day exploring the coastline and it is furnished with comfortable sofas and a wood burner for those cosy winter evenings. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal and it feels spacious, modern, and light; a great sociable space where everyone can gather to plan the day ahead. Leading off the kitchen is a second sitting room/snug which is a great space and the perfect solution if guests have differing tastes when it comes to what to watch on TV! The understairs den will prove great fun for younger members of the party and they will adore this special kids-only place. A convenient utility area and separate toilet completes the ground floor accommodation. Head upstairs to discover the four beautifully designed bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and the third has twin beds. The master bedroom oozes luxury with a super kingsize bed, a double day bed (which can be setup to accommodate two children if required), dressing table and a large ensuite with a bathtub and shower cubicle so you have the choice of a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. The family bathroom on the first floor has a shower/bath and fills with natural light from the Velux. Due to the characterful design of the first floor, please take care in the areas with sloping ceilings. The garden at Crosshill Cottage is a delight, with a large lawned area where kids and dogs can let off steam. Sit on the fabulous patio and soak up the Devon sunshine in idyllic bliss, fire up the barbecue and enjoy long relaxing summer days with views towards the Blackdown Hills, its what holidays are made for.

Discover the rolling countryside and moorlands, with easy access across the borders of Somerset and Dorset to experience the delights all three regions have to offer. Discover Dorset’s world heritage Jurassic coastline and Somerset’s famous bustling market towns. Spend your afternoons at any one of the nearby beaches, where you can enjoy some sunbathing, paddling or paddle boarding! While you’re there, you might as well take advantage and visit the charming Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Seaton and Sidmouth.
