Great place to stay the night before heading out to the other islands.

Nice breakfast with lots of fruit, though instant coffee! Unusual exotic location as the house is built on stilts over the sea. Great views of the bay and jungle with eagles soaring above.

Room rather small and the bed OK but not very comfortable.

Everything perfect

Everything was just perfect. Such a lovely accommodation. Room with seaview, great breakfast. Shops and Restaurants nearby. We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

отличное расположение, потрясающий вид, супер вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак оказался приятным сюрпризом, при бронировании его не указывали)

единственное, что смущало, это канализация, которая сливается прямо в залив. но это скорее относится не к самому отелю

wooden fairytale castle on the pier

Lovely, cosy location directly on the pier, beautifully decorated with art and flowers, wonderful hosts, relaxed atmosphere, you can take a kayak more or less directly from your room … unfortunately I just stayed for one night, had to catch the ferry in the morning. The shared bathrooms weren’t a problem (there was always one available), you have a coffee bar available all day, and the fruit plate for breakfast looked amazing.

Exceptional

A beautifully decorated house ON the sea with a big terrace with amazing views of the bay. Living on the pier was something new for me. Bang Bao still has an authentic fisherman village atmosphere, even though there are souvenir shops everywhere. The surrounding area is very green and nice, quiet beaches and a waterfall are just around the corner. The lady keeping care of the jouse was lovely and helped with everything. She even brought me fruits and turned on the AC before i arrived. Thank you!

A fantastic hideaway for a few days in Koh Chang.

Such a delightful bed and breakfast. Lovely view, super conveniently located to the dive shops, great for solo travelers or couples! Delightful hosts made the stay truly exceptional. Would definitely recommend it!

Minor issues with the air conditioner (it worked, but had some condensation on the second night), and the neighboring house had some rambunctious guests. Check-in was a little confusing, as there is no clear reception.

Lovely, quiet place by the sea

I was looking for a quiet, relaxing place and Koi seahouse was exactly that. It's lovely to wake up and sit down for breakfast on the water front without anyone around you

A delightfully different hotel.

Unique experience, a hotel on the sea. Very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, very helpful host who speaks good English. Lovely verandahs looking out to sea

No ensuite bathroom, but bathrooms close. Restaurants around are excellent for seafood, but close very early - before 8pm

Definitely one of the best places where I have ever stayed, highly recommended!

I can really recommend this place. It has an amazing view, the place is sparkling clean, spotless! The owner of the property (Koi) is a very kind and helpful person that is always ready to help with everything and sort out readily any possible issues that may arise. It is a very simple and modest but very decent, clean and comfortable place with good vibes and energy where I felt really good and where I enjoyed my stay. The staff are helpful and kind.

Exceptional

Best stay in Koh Chang we had. Clean, cozy, calm and stylish apartment. You wake up with most amazing views. Can't thank Koi, our host enough for our warm welcome and making our stay so memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food made by her sister was absolute treat. We are not saying goodbye we say see You soon. If You come to Bang Bao pier look for Koi Seahouse 😊
