Gute Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotential

Ruhige Lage, sauber. Freisitz vorhanden. Beqiemes Bett. In zehn Minuten zu Fuß sind drei Supermärkte und verschiedene Buslinien erreichbar.

Das Zimmer ist klein und lässt sich nicht verdunkeln. Die Glastür geht direkt aufs Bett. Zu Mittsommer wird man also um 4.30 von der Sonne geweckt. Schlafbrille mitnehmen! Es gibt keine Umrandung der Dusche. Auch bei größter Vorsicht steht das kleine Bad unter Wasser. Ein Duschvorleger ist nicht vorhanden., Es gibt keine Ablage für Kleidung. Zwei winzige Haken und ein Bügel sind alles, was vorhanden ist. Die gestellte Bodylotion war in 3/2021 abgelaufen, Duschgel und Shampoo immerhin erst in 1/2022. Auf eine Bitte wurde mehr als 24 Stunden nicht reagiert.

Sauberkeit! moderne Einrichtung! ruhige Lage (von Zimmernachbarn im Souterrain abhaengig).

Temperaturregelung Innenraum 23°C zu hoch und Regulierverfahren unbekannt. Mikrowelle waere hilfreich! Duschen fuehrt zum stehenden Wasser im gesamten Bodenbereichs des Bades Nach Abziehen mit dem vorhandnen Gummiabzieher ist aber ein schnells Abtrocknen moeglich.

Perfekt til en person. Kom i bil og ved ikke om der er bus i nærheden. Gode forhold til at lave mad og til at arbejde.

Stille og roligt. Sov skønt. Fin terrasse m solnedgang da jeg boede oppe.

Ville gerne have vidst der var mange trapper

Dejlig lokalt og roligt

Det lå tæt på der hvor jeg skulle hen om dagen. Det lå i et roligt villa kvarter.

Jeg havde en fornemmelse af, at mit sengetøj ikke var rent, dvs at flere havde brugt det inden mig. Der var lugt af sved og lugt af at nogen havde sovet med det, inden mig. Det var ikke så rart.

La cuisine est pratique pour se préparer à manger rapidement. Le quartier est calme.

Le logement est loin du centre ville, avec des arrêts de bus à 10 mins à pied, et des bus passant toutes les 20mins à 1h. Le logement n’était pas impeccable, avec des moustiques écrasés au mur. La salle de bain n’est pas pratique, les rideaux de douche sont beaucoup trop petits, ce qui fait que le sol est inondé au bout de 30 secondes de douche + odeur d’égouts constante. Le logement est bruyant, puisque on entend les voisins d’à côté et au dessus tousser ou marcher…

Nice little room with a single bed, kitchenette and wetroom. Liked being able to cook if I needed to. Reasonable walk to local stores and restaurants.

Quite far from the town centre, but there are buses nearby that are cheap and regular.

Lovely small but still good size apartment with nearly anything necessary for a mini break in Aarhus

The owner of the place was absolutely brilliant it's been a while since last time I've seen someone trying to do their best to help with any queries I might have. Clean and beautiful apartment. With nearly anything that you could possibly need while on vacation. Not far from the city centre but if using the car it's an absolutely perfect place with its own car park. In my opinion we had the best room in the rear of the building , don't think in front it would be as great as in the rear.

Just a few things put me down 1. Due to not the warmest weather I couldn't dry towels. The owner without questions provided extra towels, but still couldn't dry them out. 2. The shower curtain doesn't stop water going nearly all over the bathroom, but the place owner is aware and there is a small hand tool prepared to get water to the drain. 3. There was a frying pan, but no oil, only salt and pepper. Obviously I couldn't use the whole bottle once I bought it, so hopefully the owner leaves it for someone who will move to the apartment next. 4. No air conditioning. It wasn't too hot, but one of the days in the room was 24, and I couldn't change it even with an open door and window.

it was a very clean, comfortable and ideal location. the owner was very nice and helpful. highly recommended.

only thing, although small, was there was no iron or anywhere to hang clothes.

Compact, but fully equipped for solo travel!

Compact, but fully equipped, clean and modern appartement with everything needed for a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Aarhus. Especially if you have a car, as there is easy and free parking! Oh and the host was very helpful and responsive.

If I have to pick something to complain about, it's that the appartements are not really near anything (city centre, shops, restaurants, etc). But there is some things within 10 minutes walking, so it's fine!

Basically everything I needed was there. It was nicely decorated.

The door in between the kitchen and the living could be removed. It is just a little in the way.

In general it is great, I really liked how compact and comfortable everything was

Everything was so great: location, parking, privacy, check in, facilities.

These goat or sheep sculptures maybe are nice but made me feel very uncomfortable to sleep, that I have slept only few hours. This is my problem, but in your case I would put something more neutral. Also kettle has a hole and it was put to electricity. When I have arrived I noticed that it is turning on by itself. I couldn’t make tea for myself but also it is dangerous.

Great value.

The value is excellent and the kitchenette is quite modern. Big wide tilt & turn window. There were thoughtful touches like the travel size toiletries. Plenty of storage and shelves. Comfortable bed. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet but has close-by amenities (and if you are a light/early sleeper, mind that central Aarhus accommodations can be very loud).

I was a little worried about my stay at first because, when I arrived, the toilet hadn't been flushed and there were a few bugs crawling around the bathroom. Overall, that turned out to be a fluke because everything else was clean except for some kettle rust. I will also add that the house has motion-detecting flood lights, so if you deal with insomnia like I do, you could potentially struggle when your room lights up repeatedly late at night.

Great experience -- would definitely do it again!

This is a great place to stay in Aarhus! Central to many things in Aarhus, including (in my case this was a special plus) Aarhus University's Economics Department, which is within a 20 minutes walk. The apartment was clean, well organized, with a nice little kitchen with everything you need for a short or even a longer stay -- fridge, microwave, stove... And a nice selection of kitchen ware, plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Babak, the manager, was very friendly and accessible -- making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I will definitely want to stay here again -- highly recommended!
