Location was fantastic. Apartment was huge. Laundry room was a plus.
Next time I’d choose a room with an ocean view to avoid constant night trash/recycle truck sounds and noisy bar. Also room was not ready at 3 as stated and I was locked out of the building/room twice the morning of check out (they promised me noon check out) and, as my phone was locked in the apartment, I had to walk to the rental agency. They claimed they reset my room but the code still did not work on my return. I was beyond frustrated. Thankfully other tenants and housekeeping were helpful. Maybe I’m more of a hotel person.

Poziția foarte centrală. Spațios
Foarte mult zgomot, și ziua și noaptea. Pubelele de gunoi chiar în fața ușii de la intrarea în clădire. Mașinile care ridică gunoiul vin, uneori, începând cu ora 1 noaptea, iar următoarea la 1,30 noaptea. La terase e foarte mare gălăgie. La sosire nu găsești nimic în apartament, nici măcar puțină cafea sau ceai pentru prima zi. Sau o sticlă cu apă pentru seara în care sosesti. Nimic, nimic. Gazda mi a spus să îmi cumpăr, dar eu sosisem la ora 21! Am cumpărat a doua zi cafea, zahăr, ulei, sare, detergent, șampon, gel de duș. E prima dată când nu găsesc nimic în apartament!

Die Lage war sehr gut. Fenster allerdings nicht Schall isoliert. Müllabfuhr etc morgens gehört halt dazu.
Das WLAN war praktisch nicht vorhanden und hat immer nur Minutenweise funktioniert.
Die Sauberkeit in den Kleiderschränken hätte besser sein können. Das Sofa hatte Flecken.
Der Wohnbereich ist relativ schmal und deshalb nicht wirklich gemütlich .
Die Jalousien sind sehr umständlich zu bedienen.

Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit den Verwalter/ Vermietern war sehr zeitnah und absolut freundlich.
Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, der zweite Schlafraum allerdings schlecht belüftet und der Schrank darin sehr schief und wacklig ( Angst war da, das er umfällt). Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, das Strassenleben direkt unter dem Haus und daneben, von wenig Ruhe geprägt. Es fehlte leider eine Art Handout zur Bedienung diverser Geräte, Informationen über wichtiges wie Notfallnummern, Müllentsorgung, diversen hilfreichen Tipps vor Ort. Die Ausstattung des Arpartment 41 war sehr spartanisch, das. Mobiliar ausreichend. Schön wären ein paar Putzmittel gewesen, um auch selbst mal etwas säubern zu können. Toll war, das Handtücher und Bettwäsche einmal wöchentlich gewechselt wurden bzw bereit gestellt. Die Lage an sich ist toll, man kann in 1 Minute am Meer sein, an der Promenade ( Restaurants, Bars, Shops) und in 3-4 Minuten Geschäfte, Schwimmbadanlage , Shuttle zum Loropark, Taxistand am Supermarkt erreichen. Was man uns nicht gesagt hat war, das man nicht mit dem PKW zum Haus kommt, da dieser Bereich Fußgängerzone ist und nicht befahren werden darf, außer Firmen und Diensten. Wir hatten einen Pkw gemietet, Parkplätze gab es dort in der Nähe nicht. Man muss meistens sehr weit oben bergauf in Puerto de la Cruz parken. Aber eigentlich ist man ohne Auto besser dran.
Man weiß bei Buchung nicht, welches Appartement man mietet. Wichtig ist auch zu wissen, daß der Türcode für das Arpartment auch der Türcode für den Hauseingang ist. Wir haben lange gerätselt. Ich weiß nicht ob bei Ankunftszeit die wir vorgegeben hatten, jemand da gewesen wäre zur Einweisung. Wir hatten Komplikationen und kamen erst Stunden später an.

Dobra lokalizacja, samodzielne zameldowanie, sprawny kontakt z obsługą ALE nic to nie dało, jesteś zbywany i sprawy nie są załatwione

-BRAK dźwiękoszczelności! A jest w ofercie! Mieszkanie okropnie głośne, w nocy i nad razem budzi cię codziennie śmieciarka, czyszczenie ulic, dzięki jak trzaskanie szklanych butelek podczas wrzucania ich do śmieciarki! Coś okropnego, okna nie mają żadnego wyciszenia- to tylko jedna szyba włożona w ramę
-drzwi wejściowe do mieszkania są takie jak drzwi wewnętrze do pokoju - znów zero wyciszenia, mają szpary, przyjezdni budzą w nocy i rano
-wszystko słychać z mieszkań obok
-słychać pobliskie puby i restauracje
-jeden komplet ręczników na cały pobyt
-brak szafki na buty
-brak wentylacji w łazience
-zgłoszone obsłudze niezgodności nie zostały naprawione
-obsługa zbywa tekstami w stylu „dołożymy wszelkich starań aby to naprawić” i NIC nie zrobili przez cały tydzień

Úžasná lokalita přímo u oceánu s výhledem na oceán. Ložnice skvělá s komfortní postelí. Moc fajn přístup pomocí kódů. Vstřícnost a rychlá komunikace s poskytovatelem ubytování. Všechno kousek - pláž, restaurace, obchod. TV s YouTube a dalšími aplikacemi jsme přes Vánoce přivítali a pouštěli si české vánoční pohádky :)
Bohužel trošku hlučnější pro ty, kteří spí v obýváku (oceán a noční život). Chtělo by to lepší vybavení kuchyně - pro tři lidi jsme měli jednu skleničku a jeden hrneček. Veřejné parkování cca 10 minut pěšky.

Det är inte första gången vi är i Puerto de la Cruz Men La Hoya 29 var utan tvekan den bästa lgh vi haft där.
Läget perfekt allt var bara bra.
Jag har inget negativt att säga om boendet. Men jag tyckte att kvaliteten på maten på restaurangerna hade gått ned, Med något undantag, då är det skönt att man kan fixa mat i lgh och ta en drink ute.

Loistava sijainti, sillä kaikki on lähellä. moderni asunto, hyvä netti, hyvä lukkojärjestelmä. Asiaspalvelu vastasi nopeasti ja ystävällisesti!
Imuri puuttui, lattiat olivat jo tullessa hieman likaiset. Asunnon viilennys kuumana päivänä vaatii hieman vaivannäköä.

Man war recht zentral in der Stadt
Die Betten sind so Stein hart dass gefühlt Beton weicher ist. Auf Anfrage nach einem topper kam nur dass man sich darum kümmert passiert ist nichts. (Die Matratze war nur das ,,Unterteil,, von einem boxspringbett.
Es sind mülleimer vor der Tür die jede Nacht entleert werden und es macht so ein Krach du bist danach ganz sicher wach und in der Kombination mit dem Bett einfach beschissen.
Und es gibt keine Klimaanlage dass heißt dein Zimmer ist dauerhaft gefühlt schwül. Jedoch gibt’s einen lauten Ventilator

The location was excellent with many bars, restaurants and shops within five mins walk. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean waves racing in to break on the rocks about fifty meters away.
I gave up trying to get the washing machine to work after many attempts, the tv remote worked grudgingly for the first two days then failed completely.

Great location, clean, all good! You can park car on parking 10 min walk- write in location: “El penon”. you can leave stufff on the street in front of appartment, and then go park car because it’s too far to walk with baggage. But anyway, Location is really good and parking was not proble.

Great location, nice apartment (clean, bright), responsive staff, easy entry.
There is no parking on site and the free parking option was a ten min walk, and didn't feel secure for overnight parking. Pay options were €15 per day, so it would have been good if the apartment offered entry at a secure parking site for a lower rate. Apartment was a bit on the small side

The apartment we were allocated to was directly next to a large working crane for building works next door which will lapparently last until October. This was not mentioned on the website.
Fortunately we realised this as we went for a look in advance and the rental company moved us to another building. I wasted half a day on this though.

Nice appartments, clean, comfortable, everything is new and beautiful. Wonderful location - very close to the sea, cafes, supermarkets and so on.
Managers answered for all requests very quickly and all where fixed quickly. Big thank you for that.
1.managers didn't give us information about number of room and number of key for open it. That's why when we arrive we didn't know where to go,how to come in and so on, with a lot of luggage and small baby. We called them several times, and only after some time they answered us and give all necessary information.
Please for future give check in information for people before they arrive.
We also saw several people after with the same problem about check in.
2. Street a little bit noisy at evening and night
3. Washing machine in room doesn't work, but we used common washing machine on the 1 flour, and it's ok.

Location Excellent for all things Puerto de la Cruz. Very clean, spacious apartment with nice bed and facilities.
Paid extra for a sea view room and we did not get one. South facing street view was still nice and got plenty of sun.
Sound proof rooms claim is false. Very noisy both outside and from the all-night parties in neighboring apartments. Bring earplugs!

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. Also a short walk to the sea-water pools Lago Martianez. We had a sea-view apartment which was nice. The apm was equipped with all we needed.

There was a crane right outside our window and the builders were working next door so it was dusty and noisy at times however we were out all day so it was fine for us
The bed was very hard and we could not sleep on it. We reported this to the host and they sent a single bed topper for a double bed, so we requested a double size topper which came after a couple of days. we then slept very well.

I liked the location, although sometimes it was a bit noisy, but on the other hand, it was very close to the beach, city centre, shops etc. The staff was very helpful, especially Leticia.
I asked for two separate beds, but they gave us a double bed instead. The sofa bed was actually a sponge, not a mattress. The kitchen accessories were minimal, with no mugs, just small cups, then no cleaning utensils, like sponge, cloths, etc.

It would be more helpful to know which apartment we were staying in before arrival to make check in less stressful. Apart from that it is a great location for beaches and the shower is great. All basic needs met.

The location was incredible and the price for accommodations at this location was even more incredible. In addition it was clean and very spacious. the lady who checked us in was incredibly awesome and helpful.
I’m not sure why plumbing problems are not reported to management by housekeeping but this was one of many hotels I’ve stayed in with blocked or slow drains. In this case, the water. overflowed the shower stall and flooded the bathroom. However this was one thing we didn’t like. The other one was the exposed electrical cables that were just lying on the top on the cubbies.

First problem was that the entrance code didn’t worked. The apartments clean wasn’t fresh. The bed was very hard. We asked two times the staff for cleaning and they promised we can get a topper for the bed as well, nothing happened. The walls built like paper and in the neighborhood was a huge building renovation which was loud.

Very nice apartment right behind the ocean shore in the center of Puerto de Cruz. All furniture and amenities were in great condtion. Lots of privacy since the apartment door is located outside on the patio and not in the main stairway. Another nice surprise was the spaceous shower. The huge rooftop terrace was the cream on the cake. The host is awesome and always available for questions.
The view isn't the greatest. You can't really see the ocean but you have a view of the buildings and mountains behind the apartment building from the terrace.
