الفندق مثل الصور بالضبط مرتب ونظيف

اعجبني طريقة الاستقبال والترحيب و تفهمه الوضع بعدم عمل الفيزا كارد وانتظاره ثاني يوم

عدم وجود فطور او مطعم حاليا ولكن يوجد غلاية ماء مع الشاي وللقهوة تعتبر جيدة السعر بشكل عام مرتفع ولكن مقارنة مع غيره يعتبر جيد

اقامة سريعة

تم حجز جناح سوبيريور عبارة عن غرفتين متصلة. نظافة الغرف ودورات المياه ممتازة وجميع الادوات متوفرة. الفندق ممتاز لاقامة سريعة وقريب من مسجد قباء أقل من عشر دقائق بالسيارة. يوجد في الخلف بقالة ومغسلة ملابس.

لا يتوفر افطار والمناشف بحاجة للتجديد

Rene værelser, tæt ved de fleste moskeer

Vinduerne var dårlige at alt støj fra gaden kunne høres inde i værelserne, og der er tale om motorvej støj.

اذا كنت تبحث عن فندق نظيف قريب من الحرم بشرط توفر سيارة بسعر معقول فهو خيار ممتاز

الفندق جميل ونظيف ويبعد عن مواقف الحرم ٥ دقائق بالسيارة، وهادئ ولا يوجد زحمه، كانت اقامة رائعة والموظفين جدداً متعاونين ومحترمين ، شكراً لهم جميعاً

Incorrect information about the location

At the time of booking it was mentioned like the property is very close to the holy shrine and the same was also told by the guy sitting at the counter but the shrines happens to be At least 6 Kms away, which makes the stay in the hotel hotel total useless .

Room was extremely small and the property is quite far from the holy shrine

Amazing stay with promise of next to come here again.

Cozy atmosphere in bed room, Kin g bed with best sheets and pillows, welcome drinks coffee tea and wonderful sitting sofa inside bed room. All were built with aesthetic sense of beauty. Men at reception also very nice and welcoming. Parking huge inside and outside all free. Its great experience really.

Sometime language barrier with reception. But overall all was perfect

They checked me in very late (6:30PM) because the room was not ready yet! The next day I had to check out for an emergency at 4 PM and instead of making it up for their very late check in, they insisted on charging me full for the second day. That was totally unfair.

Mis-located gem in blessed Madinah

Room was spacious and largely clean.

Staff were not so professional, road leading to the hotel was closed and facility had no restaurant, so one had to walk almost 10 minutes to get food.

Value for money and reasonable hotel in a beak season.

Room space and cleaning of the bathroom in addition to the quite mode in the hotel.

The hotel has no facilities, No lobby and no food or any other activities despite it is mentioned it is 4 stars hotel during my booking. Also, the hotel is not offering any shuttle busses plus taxi service is also not easy. Whoever has to book in this hotel has to manage the transportation well.

Excellent is an understatement! Felt like family!

Everything was amazing with this hotel! The staff were the most friendliest especially Abdullah. We came across a major issue with our bag being left in a taxi, the staff went over and beyond my expectations to retrieve the bag, they took me to the police station to file a lost report, they stayed well over their shift end time to make sure we left the hotel safely with all our luggage and they arranged a ride for us to Jeddah Airport at 1am!
