Be aware of The Hot Water is never avalaible and if you complain they come out with an excuse say that is been fixed.

Property was clean and up to date.
Breakfast was unique and tasty.
Salami was to old and needs to be fresh or it takes on a bad taste. Everything else was fine.
The volcano sulfitara emitted sulfur fumes that can be offensive at times. Closing windows helped. Depends on which way the wind blows.

The room was very large and well equipped. It was also very comfortable and tide. The staff were extremely helpful and had good knowledge of not only local facilities, but also of Napol's In general.

Convenient position close to the highway. Good ratio quality-price

Hotel was really nice and clean. Service from the staff was not. They questioned how many people we had in our room multiple times even counted how many people where in our cars when we came in and out. The night staff literally game out to the gate and watched us drive in and out.
We were told to be quiet because they had bigger group staying there and they didn’t want us to disturb them. Might I add, we were not even loud.
Plus side is that it is gated and we felt safe. We also had a great dinner up the hill.
Due to the staff watching our every move and not being accommodating to our small group we will not be staying here again. Which is unfortunate because our group has stayed at this location for the past 3-4 years with no issues.

This hotel is located in Pouzzoli which is not necessarily close to Naples but access to Naples is not difficult. The are where the hotel is located is a bit daunting as it is in a commercial/industrial area. The parking is excellent and secure. The hotel rooms and facilities were beyond expectation and the staff were extremely helpful.

The people at the hotel were all extremely friendly, helpful, and made our stay for 10 days very nice. The location can be a little challenging to connect to buses and trains as the local bus can be unreliable. Their expert taxi driver Antonio was superb!!

The hotel is in good overall conditions and staff are doing their job.
I really liked having a gated and monitored parking lot so I felt better leaving it since the general area around the hotel is mainly of warehouses and car dealers.
Really not much is walking distance so car is must.
Great place to get a good quality/price ratio.

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff is very friendly. Parking and Wi-Fi are free.
However, it is extremely noisy. Rooms and corridors have ceramic floor tiles instead of carpet, giving the whole building an acoustic comparable to that of a concert hall. And a concert is what can be expected every morning. Starting with wake-up calls to many rooms at 4:00 AM, which can be heard across the entire floor, followed by the unstoppable noise of doors slamming shut and suitcases being dragged around and rolling on the hard floors and finally, the cleaning staff vigorously dragging beds and other furniture with great enthusiasm, in every room around and above you between 6:00 and 8:00AM. The dragging of furniture is so intense and prolonged that it makes the whole building vibrate with joy. It sounds like an IKEA is setting up a whole new store display.
If you are an early bird and that won't bother you, there is nothing to complain.

I thought a kitchenette was part of the suites but it was not installed

We chose this hotel very quickly based on the room size and it's proximity to a function my husband had to attend. Without any experience in the area, I don't know how it stacks up to others, but our time there was just...weird. As for the basics, they were covered. The kids had their own room so we could stay up after they went to bed. The couch wasn't particularly comfortable and was in a strange spot, there was an entire area of the room with nothing in it. The restaurant is across the street at a sister hotel. The food there was excellent. The bar in the lobby is tiny. The on-sitebreakfast was OK (I recommend the regional pastries), but the Nespresso machine coffee was less than ideal.
There didn't seem to be much of anything in the neighborhood. It was hard to get a feel when we pulled in; our car was the only one in the parking lot.
This place did the job, but I didn't leave feeling particularly wowed. I would look for a place with a pool if visiting with the kids in the summer.

It is a nice hotel with a great staff, but too far away from Naples.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Kitchen/breakfast staff was great. Parking is in a secured area. The rooms are clean, though not what I would call comfortable or relaxing. Unfortunately, it is a remote location not convenient to local attractions. In summery, most suitable for business or an overnight layover in route to somewhere else.

hotel was a late night booking for us. Very clean, decent location... Business district. Staff was very friendly, room was small, bathroom large and very clean. Breakfast had a nice spread. Great restaurant about 3/4km down the road!

Location all wrong, needed to use public transport, a disaster when you've not been in Italy before let alone Naples. Hotel staff assisted with bus numbers etc but not with practicalities of buying tickets, got caught by transport police for unable to produce ticket. Cannot buy tickets on bus, meant to purchase before you board, we didn't know that. Fined 24 euros each! Naples sea front is beautiful, can't say the same for experience in rest of town, very dirty, did not feel safe at all, would not travel here again, once you've seen the view, wouldn't bother with anything else,
