About this house rental
Come and stay at the "Take it All Inn" in Angel Fire, New Mexico. Less than a mile from the Angel Fire Resort base, Country Club, and more! "Take it All Inn" is a beautiful luxury mountain home ideal for creating family memories. This home is newly built and wonderfully furnished, with expansive views of the mountains and Moreno Valley below. The owners' hands-on engagement in the construction and finish of this house, truly differentiates it from other options available for rental.
This house is part of the Mountain Serenity Rentals group, an elite group of family-owned properties providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer. Mountain Serenity Rentals is a small but mighty team started by husband and wife duo Eric and Cheryl in 2006. What began with one house and a small dream has since grown into our true passion: offering families from all over the opportunity to make memories in the mountains in beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained homes. At Mountain Serenity Rentals, we intentionally market only a handful of properties so we can provide the highest level of service. We believe you deserve all the things you need for a great stay, and don’t want to nickle and dime you for them. Our homes are stocked with firewood for fireplaces and fire pits, propane for gas grills, detergent for laundry machines, and all the basics for kitchens and bathrooms. If you are ever missing something during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! We have gathered a tremendous amount of knowledge over the years, but actively value feedback from our guests so we can continue to improve and provide excellence.
Here are some highlights of the property itself that we know you'll love:
** Take it All Inn offers a luxury mountain experience, with all of the modern comforts you expect from a newly-built home (and is less than a mile to the ski slopes). With a contemporary feel and exquisite views, you will delight in simply watching the sunset from the deck, living room, or dining room.
** The house sits directly on a hillside, providing a spectacular view of the Moreno Valley and the surrounding forest. The house feels secluded and private, despite being close to everything you might need in town. It is not uncommon to see deer roaming the property just outside your windows, and yet you are just minutes from the ski lift, grocery store, golf course, and more. Hit the Olympic Park Playground with the kids, or play some tennis or pickleball as a family. It's all just down the road from your private oasis!
** The house has a wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights. There is a wood rack on the deck with dry wood for your use, and additional stores immediately adjacent to the garage.
** The house sleeps 14, with 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, complete with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds. Each bedroom, including the bunkroom, has its own attached bathroom, ideal for 2 to 3 families traveling together, or one larger group.
** The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. In each bathroom, we provide linens and towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and other cooking utensils you need, as well as paper towels, napkins, spices, olive oil, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent. All you need to buy is the food! We also have a laundry room with detergent provided for the washer, just in case your mountain adventures get messy!
BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Take it All Inn has 3 bedrooms as well as a full over full bunk room on the lower level. The main suite is on the upper level, with a king bed, and an attached bathroom. Also on the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms with queen adjustable Tempur-pedic beds, each of which has its own bathroom. The lower level has a bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunks and an adjacent bathroom. Finally, there is also a half bath on the main floor immediately adjacent to the living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap.
LIVING AREA:
The home has an open floor plan with a central living, dining, and kitchen area. This allows your group to spread out after a day of fun in the mountains while still being able to stay engaged and connected while you are cooking, eating, and relaxing. The furniture here, like the rest of the home, is new, modern, and comfortable, great for relaxing together. There is also seating on the front deck of the house immediately adjacent to the main living area, and an additional living room with smart TV downstairs adjacent to the kid's bunkroom. The deck features several comfy areas to curl up with a book, enjoy a beverage, and watch the remarkable Angel Fire sunsets!
KITCHEN/DINING
Cooking and eating meals together is one of the many ways to create great memories. Our kitchen features everything that you will need including stainless appliances, a gas stove, oven, microwave, crockpot, refrigerator/freezer, coffee makers, blender, and griddle. All plates, glassware, baking/cookware, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. In addition, we have a cabinet with olive oil, flour, sugar, and spices to get you started. Also, on the front deck, there is a gas grill with a spare propane tank in case the primary runs out.
There is a dining room table that seats 8 immediately adjacent to the kitchen. Additionally, there are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter to ensure that everyone has a seat for mealtime.
LAUNDRY ROOM
On the lower level of the house, you will find a full laundry room. While none of us want to plan to do laundry while on vacation, sometimes the mountains have other plans. Don't worry about overpacking, we have everything you need to freshen up your clothes while you're here.
ENTRY
Given the number of outside stairs leading to the main floor of the house, the best entry into the property is through the garage. There is a keypad to open the garage on the post immediately adjacent to the garage door.
Once inside the garage, there are racks for skis/boards to keep your equipment secure and out of the elements.
On the door leading into the house, there is a combination lock that provides access to the lower living area of the house. Immediately inside you will find coat hooks and boot trays to keep the wet from outside well contained.
PARKING/GARAGE:
When you get to the house, there is a winding driveway with parking pads at the midpoint as well as at the top right near the house. Both areas are ideal for parking. We highly recommend you have a 4WD, AWD or chains for your vehicle, especially in the winter, to ensure that you can get to the home comfortably. The driveway to the property is plowed regularly and cinders are used as required to ensure your comfort and safety.
Note: For your protection and ours, we have a security camera facing the driveway to monitor the front entry points of the house.

This home was stunning! It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need and more! The beds were so comfortable and even had adjustable feet and head capabilities. The views from the house were breathtaking. Every person in the group loved the house and would stay here again!

I almost hate to leave this review because I don’t want to let the secret out….this rental was phenomenal. We have traveled extensively and due to dietary restrictions it is a must to have a good kitchen. This was the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in a rental, and beautiful as well. This home is not only stunning, gorgeously decorated and perfectly laid out, but thoughtfully organized with all the littlest details provided, even those we could have only hoped for. The careful curation made our stay remarkable. They even plowed the driveway during our stay to our surprise (we were glad to have a 4x4) after the heavy snowfall. The view from every room, the wood burning fire, and so much more. We have already decided this home will be the only place we will ever stay in Angel Fire again.

This house is brand new, awesome great-room with kitchen/dining/living all in one space. The only issue is the driveway is really steep and requires 4WD or chains in the snow but it had snowed 6 inches on the day we arrived and we made it up just fine in our front-wheel drive Honda Pilot without putting on the chains because others had driven up/down leaving a tire-path (the access road and the drive are not paved so it was a bit muddy), but don't let that deter you! The house has amazing views. I'm not sure the pictures do it justice. The deer came right up to the house every morning (and we fed them carrots and apples until someone told us it was illegal, but I looked it up and it's only illegal if you are causing a nuisance). It was a 5 minute drive to the slopes (they have parking areas with a shuttle but parking is really so close you can walk). The master bedroom with king bed and amazing bathroom is on the main floor with the kitchen/living (and a 1/2 bathroom), up one level are 2 queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms, then on the lower level there is a bunk room with 4 beds and a bathroom along with a TV and sofas - great hangout for the kids and those wanting to watch TV later than the rest of us. Beds were comfortable. Decor is very nice and stylish. Wood-burning fireplace with wood provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need just like you were cooking at home, including a drawer of spices and many items in the pantry like oils. Plenty of dishes and cookware. We skied and did the tubing at Angel Fire then drove 30 minutes to Bobcat Adventures in Red River for snowmobiling (not that great of an experience but it is mid-March and end of the snow season so the snow was very bumpy on the trails). This was a GREAT place to stay!

The property is amazing! We had more then enough room for our family. The kitchen, dining area and living room made for a wonderful gathering place for everyone in the evenings. The fact that each of the bedrooms had a bathroom attached made getting up and around way easy.
We will definitely keep this house on our list of places to stay.
Thank you so much!

We stayed at Take It All in with 2 families - 6 teens, for an Angel Fire ski trip. The home was clean, cozy and all the details were thought out for a comfortable stay. The property manager made the check in and out process easy and communicated with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We are excited to return to Angel Fire and the Take It All Inn!

This house was perfect for our family of 6! The kids used the bunk room and one of the upstairs bedrooms. We loved the convenient location to the mountain! We’ve never stayed at a Vrbo with pantry essentials before and it was AMAZING to not have to buy the salt and pepper and spices for cooking at home (which we did 3 nights!). We were all really comfortable and the furnishings were so nice! The primary bed was super comfy! If we ever return to Angel Fire we will definitely check the availability of this one first!

This place is awesome!! The location is great, just a couple of minutes from the lifts and town so grabbing something to eat at the end of the day is super easy. This place is well setup for a family vacation with games and sleds to use. The rental team was always quick at answering what questions we had. Overall, this was a great experience for us and we can’t wait to go back.
