Nothing.
My family and I had a horrible experience. We booked four rooms from this place for my cousin’s funeral and traveled from San Francisco just to have a struggle and be treated poorly. The staff was awful, disrespectful and so rude. Especially an employee named Elizabeth who threatened to call the police on me and my family for complaining about being locked out of our rooms all three nights of our stay.
The morning we were checking out she chose to disrespect my husband, dad, and me for complaining about being locked out. She then proceeded to talk to my husband about me because I was so upset and when I stepped in to tell her not to talk about me to my husband, she walked off into some other room slamming the door behind her and leaving us and four other guests waiting in the lobby.
This conflict arose because each night of our stay (3 nights) we came back to the hotel, we were locked out of our rooms and none of our keys were working. It was very late, passed midnight and lobby was already closed. As you can imagine we were very upset!!
The reason they gave us for demagnetizing our keys and locking us out was because they claimed we had a balance due. Even tho the first night it happened, my dad spoke with the manager to have the issue fixed.
After speaking to the other guests that Elizabeth abandoned in the lobby, I found out that each of them were also locked out of their rooms and told they owed money when they didn’t.
This place is a scam and a horrible place to stay. I do not recommend it to ANYONE.
Upon arrival, the floors were filthy, there was trash in the room I stayed in with my husband, two older daughters and my 3 month old baby. The towels were stained and had hair stuck to them and for a family of 4, we were only given 2 shower towels. There were no hand towels and the beds were cheap. The mattress was like rubber on a cheap metal rack that moved every time we sat on the bed.

The staff was nice and the room was at least clean.
When I got there, you have to call a number after hour for someone to come to the desk. There were a few people ahead of me. It took a minute but the staff was very nice. We were told that the elevator was out but no sign was on it. I am handicap and I can't walk up stair very well. I was told my room was on the 3rd floor which was unacceptable. After some back and forth he found me a room on the 1st floor. The blinds in the room were broken, so from the parking lot you can see into our room a little. It was our valentine's day celebration, was not the night I expected.

Everyone was really friendly and trust worthy, safe and tranquil on the property.
Maybe offer some fruit or light breakfast near the coffee.

It’s recent building
Elevator always dirty, no housekeeping, kitchenette available but no appliances (extra charge), no toilette paper refill (we stayed for 9 nights), not enough towels (just 2 regardless we confirmed we were a party of 4 and asked for them upon arrival but they didn’t provide), they couldn’t change linens during our stay it was extra charge (provided just one set as a “special favor” but we had two beds), front desk not 24hrs, people at front desk not very qualified, not worth the price

Nothing I couldn’t get in the lobby everything was close
That they still charge me even though i didn’t stay there I got there at 10 pm and I couldn’t get in to check in everything was close even the front desk was closed

The rooms were very clean and were newer. The kitchen with full size fridge and stovetop was very nice. Good size room.
You could hear everything, and kids running around upstairs. There were no “extras” like little soaps, lotions, coffee. The elevator didn’t work on our last day so we had to carry our luggage down stairs. The front desk check in was weird, you had to ring a bell and then someone would come.

Comfortably bed and really nice AC
There was no way of checking in when I arrived at 7pm. No signs posted on the door that indicated office hours. There was never anyone at the desk when I went to the lobby. Nothing in the rooms (coffee, shampoo, etc.)

Very clean; quiet; staff was very friendly
The only issue I had was that the front desk wasn’t available 24hrs. There were people waiting/sleeping in the lobby for someone to show up at the front desk and help them check in, tried calling the after hour phone number and went straight to the front desk where no one was there. I tried my best to help those people who came from another country and had no room. Otherwise, everything else was GREAT

The cleanliness of the entire place! Staff was nice
The cable loss signal several times, the bed was squeaky at times and the fact one of my key cards didn’t work
