Excellent

Great location with view at the sea and the Old town of Zadar. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. There are several beaches near the apartment. The property provides sunbed, umbrella and towels - everything you need for a nice day at the beach. The host was very kind and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

The proximity of the beach, a beautiful view of the old town and the marina from the room, wonderful and helpful hosts. Overall a lovely place to stay. Thank you for everything!

great destination

Amazing place! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and suitably sized for two people. The view from the balcony was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a long day by the sea. The landlords are one of the kindest! Our flight got delayed and even though we arrived in the middle of the night, we were offered a lift to the accommodation. Wish all the landlords were so kind and welcoming! We were also able to check-out later than stated in the booking. Will definitely come back!!

Everything was perfect! Great beds, nice view, clean apartment, friendly hosts! We could use beach chairs and a beach umbrella!

If I have to make a small remark, it is just 10min drive to the old town, but thats how you look at it.

Lovely short stay in Zadar with perfect view

Very comfortable apartment with wonderful view. Only 3 minutes from the nearest and clean beach. There is everything needed and so clean. Even the beach towels. You can see the sea sitting on bed! Also wide balkony with chairs and table. Just fantastic. I love it! Owners are very kind and picked us up from the main bus station :) The supermarket is 6-7 minutes on feet, some nice bars and restaurants around and the bus stop too.

very clean and tidy apartment , excellent location , Very helpfull Hosts and generally nice people , with some good local tips , generally a very nice place , wouldnt hesitate to recommend ,

this dosnt need any improvement , if you dont enjoy this place then its you, not the place or people , area etc , Always fancied Croatia and really enjoyed it , get yourself there

Amazing location, modern and clean apartment. Very nice host, super friendly and helpful. If you have never been to Croatia - this is the place to start. If you have been to Croatia - check out this apartment, you will be delighted. 10/10, I will be back there for sure.

Fantastic location, next to the beach. For those who love peace but want to be within easy reach of restaurants and cafes. Fully equipped apartment with all those little things like enought dishwashing and washing powder, enough towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available from the accommodation provider.

A perfect destination

We spent 2 nights in the Apartmants Nino 1 with my wife and we had really great time there. The apartmant has a direct view to the sea and to the old town, the Beach Puntamika is only few steps away. It is in a very good condition, super tidy, comfortable and it has everything what is necessary. Our hosts were really friendly, kind and helpful, it is important for them that their guests feel comfortable. I hope we can return in the future.

Perfect location!

The apartment was located in a great place, just in front of the beach but really quiet. We could see the ocean from the bed! It also had everything we needed for our stay. The A/C was nice for the warm evenings in Zadar. We had private parking too.

The internet connection was not always stable but we only needed it in the evenings so it was not a big issue for us.

- the hosts are helpful and friendly - the view from the balcony is stunning - cozy and well equipped apartment - location: relative calm but with all you need (several beaches, shops, restaurants and bars) - worth the money

Pleasant stay

Location, views and the owners were so helpful. They provided us with umbrellas as it was raining like hell. Fridge was loaded with water juice and coke cans. Tea bags were provided as well on request.
