I have stayed here before and will always come back

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I actually complimented him. He assisted us to get all what we wanted for breakfast. And was efficient.

Well the facility offered all it can. The rest was Nigerian factor like power.

The location is very secure, clean, family friendly. The rooms comfortable, the facilities are good. The staff is VERY GOOD, available, respectful, a gentleman.

The booking details are not explicit enough. We did not have working tv, I asked the management about it, the response was very slow 🦥, in the morning i was asked to meet an "engineer", who was very arrogant, could not fix any issue. He could not connect the smart tv to the hotspot. Pretending as if he was busy on his phone. Although the management makes an effort on that, i will still advice them to take some courses on hospitality and tourism. I mean the MANAGEMENT.

We did not even stay.

It was a scam. I got to the address but no entrance door nor reception. The place does not even exist. I wasted money and risked my family life trying to locate something not existing. After calling for hundreds of times and no answer, someone later answered and asked me when l have paid. And later told me that the hotel is in renovation.

Best Value for Money Accommodation in Abuja

This was my second visit to the lodge. the last was in December 2022. I noticed remarkable improvement in all the services provided. I was surprised the manager remembered me as a former guest and pampered me alot.He had taken note of my previous suggestions and had taken care of most of them.I was happy the manager had arranged a private car for my movement within Abuja .The driver was very courteous and quite patient. I had an enjoyable experience since I came to Abuja on an official task.. The lodge was quiet and was given Wifi access, which made me work comfortably late into the night I had a very happy stay at KAMS LODGE. The LODGE provides value for the price..

It was superb

The place was quiet and serene , it is a very affordable place for those coming into Abuja for both leisure and business. My room was quite clean and comfortable. The amenities provided were above expected especially the kitchen space then a big functional fridge in my room . I prepared my meals and was glad to do so. In my own opinion the place is far better than what I saw online. Overall I think the place is superb .👍

Nice place with best value for money in an expensive city like Abuja

I had a comfortable stay even though it was only for one night, I enjoyed all the facilities, especially the properly equipped kitchen and the free Wifi with Netflix, which made my stay even more comfortable. The housekeeping services were great! LOVED IT!

The Staff were exceptional. The housekeeping were decent and the other staff members were attentive to my needs

I think it's new so I would suggest that they would increase services they offer to visitors such drop off taxi.I was new to Abuja so going around was not easy.
