Our stay here was great, exactly what we needed for 16 days visiting our son and his family in Seattle. The home was spacious and clean, and we were able to see the Blue Angels from the rooftop.
Communication with the property owner was smooth.
I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Seattle area.

I stay with my two teenagers, it was great!
Beutiful place it’s in a great spot, parking garage it’s small as it was mentioned in the listing. But overall the place was great and definitely recommend. Easy to access the property, The owner was very nice 😊

The townhome exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and very comfortable despite being on the smaller side. I would definitely book this home again. The property manager was very organized and helpful. While parking onsite is rather tight, this was communicated very clearly in advance. We had no trouble finding street parking, which was an easy alternative for our large SUV. Oh, and the rooftop deck. Incredible! Great views of the neighborhood and it was super relaxing to sit around the fire during the evenings.

We had a great family stay. Place is well located with everything you need. Rooftop is fun. As the listing states, parking is tight. We were able to use the carport for our minivan but it took two people to navigate. Light rail is within walking distance. We went to 2 Mariners games using the rail. Grocery stores are close. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and the checkin process smooth. Parking in this unit was challenging (as described on the vrbo site); we found good street parking in the adjacent neighborhood. Very close to the Universoty which was convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable.

We stayed here to attend the admitted student visitation day at UW. The property is easily accessible by light rail. Only about a 700yd walk to the Roosevelt station. There’s a Whole Foods along the way and a Trader Joe’s to the south. The campus is about a mile away, we walked, rode Lime e-bikes or used Uber and it was so convenient. The townhome is beautiful, well appointed, clean and beautifully decorated. The rooftop was wonderful to light a fire, watch the sunset and enjoy a drink. We thoroughly enjoyed it there and will look to book again and again to visit our son at school! Thank you!

We loved our stay! The owner communicated throughout which made me feel very at ease. The townhome location is very convenient to campus, link station, and restaurants and has a well equipped kitchen which I used in order to make the Thanksgiving dishes! I appreciated the cleanliness of the townhome as well. FYI: As the owner clearly states and reviewers have commented, if you rent a car, make sure it is a small one in order to use the car port. We rented a Corolla and it was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this property with my husband and four children. It was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the roof top patio! What a great view! Parking was not a problem. We chose to park on the street and never had an issue finding a close spot. The location was ideal for getting anywhere in the city quickly. I highly recommend this house!!

What a find! My best friend and I were visiting Seattle for the first time on a college tour with our daughters. Perfect location within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shopping and the University. Beautifully decorated, clean, bright and had everything we needed for a perfect stay!

The description of the townhouse was exactly as the owner described. We had a great stay and the townhouse was fabulous. Annette was a great host. Readily available and concerned we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and townhoise had everything we needed. The parking spot was tight even with our rental car, a Hyundai Sonata but that was in the listing. We were able to park with some maneuvering. We overall had a fabulous time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This home is even nicer in person. The interior design is so peaceful and modern. The linens are excellent high thread count cotton, beds are perfect! Our son lives a few blocks away so we were very comfortable with the bus and light rail station which is very close. Cowen Park market and coffee shop are 3 blocks away. We enjoyed sitting by the fire on the rooftop deck. Owner is quick to respond if any questions or changes are needed. Street parking is easily available, carport is a little tricky to get into if you have a larger vehicle.
