The views of the private lake were wonderful. We enjoyed the deck and screen room very much.
Overall the cabin was comfortable. The second story bedroom was with its own challenges, specifically due to the narrow spiral staircase and the resulting inability to bring luggage upstairs. Additionally, the property is in dire need of outdoor lighting for safety purposes. Because the bathroom floor tends to be slippery when wet, a grab bar inside the shower and another near the toilet would enhance bathroom safety. Finally, a newer and larger coffee pot would be great for us coffee lovers!
That said, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the rustic setting. Thank you.

Great little place put they ask you to take all of your trash with you which is unheard of. For this reason, I will not stay here again.

This cabin was adorable and had everything we needed - the screened in porch was awesome for rainy mornings and there is plenty of space to enjoy inside and out.

Clean, compact cabin. Comfortable inside and out. Beautiful view, with great screen porch; water activity w canoe and shallow swimming. Close to Belfast, Camden, Rockland & Midcoast Maine generally for more “action”, with the peaceful respite of life by the pond to go home to. And yes! Loons!

We stayed for 3 nights at the lakeside cottage and wished we could have stayed longer. The cottage is just as depicted by photos and described by narrative-we were surrounded by nature in peace and tranquility. The deck is amazing. We watched an eagle, a beaver, several loons and plenty of jumping fish...all so at home in the pond. The kayak was wonderful...an early morning paddle when the pond is waking up. Inside the cottage is so comfortable and cozy...there's even a hammock on the inside porch. Kitchen was so well stocked. We did not need anything! We do need to return and we will do our best! Thank you!

This property is quiet, secluded and absolutely gorgeous. The mornings on the porch were nearly perfect. They need a full size coffee pot to be perfect. Kitchen towels would cut down on waste. The motion lights near the entrance didn't work but we made do with phone flashlights. We loved the kayak and fireplace heater.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was very clean and well maintained. It has everything in it that we needed and decorated very nicely. Since the bedroom is a loft area above the living room area, only accessible by a spiral staircase, it was a bit tricky climbing the stairs and bringing up our luggage. The overall space is small but very cozy. For the two of us it worked out great. We loved the lake access, fishing on the dock and exploring the lake in both the kayak and canoe provided.

Plus good wifi when needed. Beautifully decorated. We loved it! We hope to stay again in the future! Thank you for a little heaven on earth!

What a gem! My children and I had so much fun here. It was stocked with all the pond "toys" from fishing rods to a new canoe and kayak. I'll definitely rent again when we visit our friends

We really enjoyed our stay at this Pitcher Pond camp. Loved that there was a canoe, kayak, and fire pit, and being right on the lake. The kids were asking to come back before we even left.

If you are looking for serenity & beauty you should just stop looking and book this camp. It’s genuinely a special place- end of the access road so no traffic, family camps next to it, loons & frogs calling, fish jumping, birds singing, really lovely energy. Our only complaint is that we didn’t plan more time there. We’ll be back again. ❤️

We rented this beautiful cabin to celebrate my mom’s birthday and enjoy a mini winter vacation. The neighborhood was beautiful and very peaceful. We were very close to hiking trails and Acadia National Park. The cabin was cozy and it had everything we needed (towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, extra blankets, etc.). At night you can enjoy the view of the stars or a movie :). They also have a fire pit, a grill, and a porch with a hammock!!! Overall it was a phenomenal experience.
Thank you to Molly and Amy for their time and help!
