Myself and a few friends stayed one night and the apartment was clean and comfortable and just what we needed.

We had 5 people staying at this Portland property.
It was very clean and the perfect space for 5 of us. I like that they had AC units in each bedroom.
It was updated and had all the essentials we needed, including linens and towels which was great because we were coming from NJ so it made it convenient. It was also very close to downtown where all the great restaurants and bars are.
I would recommend this property....Thanks David!

The apartment rental was a good size and roomie enought for seven adults. Bedroom AC was good because the 3rd story dwelling was hot and stuffy. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable but the rooms were pretty small. We weren't left enough towels or washcloths for the number of guests registered and didn't have bedding for the roll out bed. But, when called, the property manager responded in minutes and brought everything we needed. The floor boards around the toilet were very soft and rotting causing a moldy smell.
Listing the rental as having a "water view" made for great marketing but was deceitful. The water was almost mile and a half away. It was in fact in walking distance but it was hilly and the sidewalks were in very bad shape having bricks uprooted from nearby trees. Off street parking was difficult to find and we drove around for 45 minutes waiting for a spot to open.
I think it made for a better apartment to rent if living in Portland and working nearby. We were vacationing and its location wasn't conducive to our tourist needs.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a stop over to Portland. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is cute. The apartment is on the top floor and Maine was having hotter than normal weather, thankfully there were AC units in each bedroom. That was great!

My partner and I traveled with my mom and Aunt to this lovely 3 bedroom in Portland. We were arriving in the area early, so David was able to accommodate us with an early check in. The space was clean, stylish, and very well located!! We loved walking to Tandem Coffee in the morning, getting a 10/10 breakfast sandwich, and then walking down to get a view of the water. Would definitely recommend this space for small groups! David was extremely responsive and attentive to our questions. Looking forward to returning soon!
