Excellent stay.

Watch out for the linen company trucks, they pay no attention. Neither does anyone driving here

We love this place it was so nice and cool

This hotel had it all.

Interesting and beautifully decorated. Nothing cookie cutter. Four seasons quality but with imagination My new go to

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, staff is friendly and accommodating, vibes are top tier. The only complaint I have is that whatever laundry detergent they use gave one of us a bad allergic reaction. We asked for fresh towels, but unfortunately it seems like the same thing was used for the sheets.

Everything was amazing! Such a beautiful property with a gorgeous room! Would definitely recommend!

We would absolutely stay here again! The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, and it seems like everything’s relatively new because there were no wear-and-tear dents on the furniture like you expect in most hotel rooms. The hotel space was very unique and offered many opportunities to enjoy being there outside of your room.

We stayed a weekend in a king standard on the 10th floor. Quiet room. We felt completely alone up there. However, at check in, we basically walked into a party going on in the lobby at 5pm. It was not completely obvious where the desk was located at. When I asked confusedly if this was check in, I didn't feel welcomed by the staff there. Maybe because we were having to yell at each other to be able to hear over the party going on? As soon as we got off the elevator, instantly fell in love. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Clean, quiet, everything I hoped it to be. Apparently Usher was in town both nights, along with the band competition at the Dome, a retreat and a wedding happening inside the hotel so business was booming. I can't fault them for that. We didn't eat at the restaurant, we didn't have reservations. And in the morning, the cafe had a line out the door so we didn't wait. But we used the pool which was nice. We didn't use valet. It was $45. We parked directly behind the hotel for $21 a night. Luggage rolled right up the sidewalk no problem. Would love to stay again. And probably will.

Beautiful building/room. Check-in was a bit of a mess. Told our room wasn't ready at 4pm, so we were put on a call list for when it would be. by 6pm, still no call so we came back to the hotel to ask. Our room was ready but no communication. Was a bit frustrating. Would love if the room had a microwave :-) Overall, great experience

Our corner room with a single king bed was amazing! For 2 people it was perfect. The in-house art museum and all of the amenities were icing on the cake. The only small little thing I can think of that could be improved upon is the AC/heat blower in the room is a little loud. Not a huge deal, though.

Sheets and towels has stains. Parking is in a lot on the street for $50 and the attendant was smoking. My car reeked of smoke the next morning from him being in it. It’s loud. I had red patches on my skin after sleeping. I checked out early because of how bad of a experience it was.

We enjoyed our stay in STL at 21c. It is certainly a unique hotel that shouldn't be missed when in the area. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were so neat. The rooms were on the small size, but that's fairly normal for city hotels. The beds and linens were comfortable. I do want to share that the rooms are also equipped with a mini fridge which was not listed in the amentities.
4.5
Art work was amazing. Room was very small. Reception desk service was very spotty. Some employees were helpful, others were not when we ask for extra blanket, working coffee machine and more TP. Restaurant staff was great
4.5
They overbooked my room on my birthday and offered a twin bed room with bunk beds horrible customer service couldn’t even pay to upgrade the room as they were all booked up
4.5
Nice place to stay. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, but kinda small.

My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I go there on repeat. Very interactive. Fabulous art everywhere. True mixologists at the bar. The absolute best spa including wet and dry steam, pool, excellent hot tub, rain shower. Crisp white linens and towels. Love finding the penguins. Just amazing and well throughout place to stay and play!
4.5
Truly a fantastic hotel concept- having a nightcap to wander around the galleries in the late evening is so lovely. As a remodeled YMCA, the restored art deco pool and spa was fabulous.
4.5
Overall great stay! Only negative is the pillows were hard to sleep on as they were too full. Restaurant was fantastic! Beautiful facility!

Great experience, friendly staff, unique interior design and vibe, good central location. Highly recommends!

What a great property, very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant and lots of amenities. The 2nd floor gallery was really nice and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
We received an email highlighting the 8pm bourbon tasting, but we're disappointed to find out it was stopped because the hotel ran out of tickets. It was supposed to be bourbon month and it was only the 13th.
Housekeeping service was a mystery. There was no privacy sign. One day they came smother they didn't.

great hotel and great location

The hotel is amazing and the gallery was great. The food and drink service in hotel was top notch as was the staff. The biggest drawback is this lovely gem of a hotel was located in the heart of downtown St. Louis!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant called Idol Wolf. Room was large and beautifully decorated.
Close to so may things

Such a fun experience at this hotel, and my daughter was able to train in the 25-yard lap pool while traveling!

I booked a two double bed room, they put me in the correct room when I checked in. I really liked The room I then walked to get dinner, came back to the room, went to their beautiful gym and worked out and sat in the sauna, which all of that was great then went back to the room to shower and could not get the shower to turn on. Then phone the front desk to let them know a gentleman came to my room to say that they were not supposed to put anybody in the room. I was in because the shower was broken that I could stand. If I didn’t mind a bathtub I said no the front desk called And said they didn’t have any more of those rooms available, they had to put me in my family and two separate rooms. We actually wanted to room together, cause we hadn’t seen each other in a long time we were given to bedrooms. The room, my daughter was in, had a smell in it, and it took him a day to figure out that there was an old moldy sandwich in the drawer in which we went to the front desk and told them before we left that when we came back. It was still in the drawer, we also let them know the room needed body wash Instead of putting it in the shower for us, they just set it on the dresser. The beds are hard as rocks and so are the pillows. I will never stay at this hotel again and would never suggest it to any friends or family.
The one positive thing I will say is that the valet service had great people working working at the front desk none of them were over friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and love the decor and museum. Also enjoyed the nice size pool, hot tub and sauna. The room was beautiful and cozy. Bunk beds were comfortable and love a nice pillow. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was a great stay. Room was smaller than I expected but the amenities make up for that. The spa was really nice and I enjoyed the cafe in the morning. Will definitely return for a relaxing weekend.

This hotel has become our fav here in STL. Everything about it is amazing. Great for couples, or family! We’ve stayed at other comparable hotels, and keep getting disappointed and booking here the next time!

Clean, quiet, and inclusive environment!

The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were spacious. Nice restaurant and cafe in lobby.
The staff was very helpful and polite. To have refillable water bottles in each room is a great idea

Great stay! There were so many amenities, the museum on the second floor was amazing. Went around 11pm and was empty to explore. There’s a lap pool, large hot tub, sauna room, steam room, and very nice gym! The room had aluminum water bottles and little chocolates and luxury bath items. Only few issues, there’s absolutely no parking unless you pay $45 to valet or $15 parking thru reservation ONLY if you call and book directly with the hotel. Otherwise you’re left running out to the street every two hours to renew your meter and the office staff confirmed this is the only option unless booking thru them directly. I also was given a handicap room with a tub as it was the last king room available but fortunately there was a cancellation and they were able to move me to a room with a walk in shower as described. There was also access to the air filter to see and it was absolutely filthy which explains our stuffy noses and constant sneezing while in the room. The shower handle had tile missing around it and our body wash and conditioner had been ripped off the wall and sitting on the shower floor upon entry but other than that the room was very clean!

The 21c concept - a hotel that’s also an art museum - works really well in the STL location. The building is an old YMCA and some of the galleries are in former gyms. It’s beautifully appointed and walkable to much of what’s best about downtown STL
4.5
This place is special. I'd actually be pissed if you didn't stay here. The food isn't your ordinary meal, because it's 10 x better and creative. The art on the second floor is a nice stroll after dinner and the room was absolutely perfect with nice finishes.
4.5
The hotel is a little gem! It’s very unique and has a lot of character. Small conveniences like USB plug-ins and water bottle filling stations make life so much easier.
4.5
This was a fun and unique property. It is an amazing location for soccer and manageable to walk to the arch and baseball games. However if you have mobility issues and wish to see the arch I would suggest staying closer or being willing to Uber or take a cab. There are golf carts available for the valet to call as well.
