Location, room
We've requested one room with accessibile bathroom. When we checked in (after 12 am), the staff said that request cannot be accommodated and we should upgrade of we need wheel chair accessible bathroom.

As a ski resort the hotel appeared as good as it gets. I was unable to ski during my visit, so as a standard lodging, it was nice. Great views and location with good facilities. Outdoor spa, decent fitness center, plenty of activities in the area.
I stayed here during a week of traveling, a few other hotels offered free use laundry machines. The Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain did not. I had to withdraw $20 notes from the atm. The desk could not sell me detergent packets for the $20 notes. I charge the detergent to my room, and asked to break a $20 into smaller bills and quarters since the laundry room had no change machine. I know this process is common/normal in most hotels...but I'll forever compare it to the extreme convenience of complimentary machines at the other hotels.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Walkable to lifts and center village. Ski check in lobby.

Nicely renovated hotel. Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Short walk to the gondola. Ignore other negative reviews, as I the place is very nice for the money.
Hot tub looked cloudy. Can hear through the walls.

Large rooms and decorated very nicely. Clean!
Could be priced a bit lower

Liked the size of room, cleanliness, and contemporary decor.
When we checked in, the toilet didn't flush properly told front desk and they said it would be fixed when we returned from going out for dinner...it still wasn't totally functioning upon retuning correctly and in morning did not work well at all.

Good location. Nice place
Was called at 10pm and told to be quiet and the tv was on 20. Ridiculous if you ask me. It’s a hotel.

Very clean nice location
No restaurant/lounge open. Understandable though since the ski season is over.

Fresh facilities. Spa was superb.
Only microwave was in the bar area.

Rooms were comfortable and warm; free ski and boot storage downstairs was appreciated.
Too far from the slopes - you need to build a bridge across the creek to provide easier access to Center Village.

very Clean
Need a walking path to center village, maybe add walking bridge to Ten Mile Circle

I wish the front desk staff have honesty, I paid for 1 bedroom junior suite that sleep 5, when check in they gave me a room with 2 queen bed, I came down and complained about it they told me that's what I paid for, my wife decided to come to the front desk one more time and asked to speak with the manager, she came out we told them what we paid for then she look at the computer screen and said that the staff made a mistake, then she gave us the card key to a junior suite 2 queen bed and a sofa, I said to my wife this is not what I paid for, in short who has the energy to keep on fighting when all you want to do is rest and refresh, we never got the one bedroom Junior suite we paid for, hotels like this one just need to be honest from the beginning, I'm not sure if race play a part of their decision for them to downgrade me right from the beginning?

The location was great! sort walk to center village. Hotel was clean and like new condition.
The room above ours must have been for housekeeping and people were walking and banging around for our entire stay. It was very loud in our room, resulting in a mostly sleepless night.

location
extremely loud guests above us, thin walls, banging and loud yelling all night made it impossible to sleep. apparently not a priority to ensure guests can enjoy a peaceful stay

location, ski shop right in lobby
parking—did not have enough spots one night so had to park in a lot and be shuttled

10 min walk to slopes (not just steps away as indicated on website), room was adequate
Walls are thin so it’s noisy like a dorm. We stayed for two nights and didn’t get maid service. Called the front desk to report and then asked if they could at least send more coffee to our room. We were told “sorry we can’t leave the front desk, you can come get it”. Staff members are unfriendly and need some training in hospitality and management. Two bags of trash were left in the hallway overnight by the maid service. Hot tub was dirty and it smelled like they just dump extra chlorine instead of cleaning. We hurriedly got out when a clump of hair with what appeared to be mucus in the center floated towards us.

Location and view
First room we were assigned had two broken light fixtures on each bed with wires sticking out. 2nd room looked like it had not been vacuumed as there was trash on the floor.

clean
at least each room should have a microwave. having 20 ppl in the morning fighting for microwave to heat up breakfast is not the best experience

New-ish hotel, everything works. Ski valet to store ski/boots is nice. Close to slopes.
No laundry facilities, you have to drive 12mi to Frisco for a laundromat? For a ski trip, laundry is a must.
No daily room service, you have to ask for fresh towels or coffee etc.
For the price you pay for the room service could be better.

The location: It is close to the center village, a few lifts on the base of the mountain and bus stops.
It has a newer building, Room is clean and the staff are awesome!
A little pricey.

This hotel was a great finding! There are not many reviews on Booking yet and we usually avoid these places. But since it was such a good deal we looked up in Google and could find good recommendations, which made us more comfortable with. The hotel has a very good structure, is very well located and the room is quite comfortable and clean. Receptionists were friendly and the hot tub nice. We totally recommend it.
It would be nice to have breakfast in the hotel, but it had coffee and tea downstairs.
