This place is located perfectly out of the center but close enough to get to places of interest by car / bike. It's super clean, beautiful and spacious, with some things you need a in self catering accommodation.

No drinking water was provided. Coffee / Tea sachets and shower gel/shampoo not replenished.

Honestly the people who complain just expect Far too much for the price. Everything was fine for 1 week, we had 4 Adults staying and you can’t expect things to be absolutely perfect unless you’re paying a premium price, response from the team was fast and brought us a broom when we asked and took the trash away Daily. plenty of cups, plates glasses and cooking equipment Everything is very clean, Smart TV with Netflix Etc if needed, Location is Actually very good for me (if you have a car or bike) the people who complain about location just need to do more research, and maybe book somewhere else if its not the right location. In the 3 bed house 2 beds were soft 1 was quite hard but personally it didn’t bother me and it’s actually quite good for you Its Very Clean and more than acceptable for the price

Very noisy neighbours, talking and drinking in street until 2am. Pool taken over by particular group. Beds are so uncomfortable. No outside area to relax, still under construction.

Bit far from town and attractions. Need own vehicle to get around. Management needs to start shuttle service to connect to town and beaches. Also some greenery, trees and landscaping will enhance the beauty of the place.

Cute Japanese style villa; minimalistic but comfortable and clean. Well equipped with a functional kitchen. The swimming pool is very popular amongst guests. There is a laundromat that one can use and also a very reasonably priced clothes ironing service.

It’s far from town and shopping and sightseeing places so one needs to have one’s own vehicle or transport arrangement. We rented a car. The management would do well to consider a shuttle service a few times a day.

The place is quiet safe and clean

The location is far from the activities on the island, it needs to rent a means of transportation.

The place is comfortable overall. It was the right fit for my family (a couple with 2 kids). Basically, it is a residential complex consisting of many one-story houses, decorated in the same style (Japanese). Our place had 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom (toilet and shower) + an additional toilet. There is a kitchenette, with some basic kitchen utensils, electric kettle, fridge, and an induction stove. The place is located close to the airport (around 6 km. away) The location is OK provided you have your own transport to move around, otherwise, taxis is the best, but quite an expensive (in case if you move around daily) option. In terms of facilities, there is a laundry room with 4 washing machines and 1 dryer. There is also a small outdoor swimming pool which is nice to have, we used it once (cannot really comment on the cleanliness of the pool as we used it in the evening. There is a gas station nearby, where you can find a 7-eleven and an Amazon coffee shop.

We spent 9 nights there. In my opinion, service is not at an acceptable level, perhaps they are specialized in mid-long term renting (I would then consider it fine). There is a problem with responsiveness to the requests and questions. Starting from the beginning, there was no basic sharing of the details about the check-in process that one would normally expect to receive as the minimum. For the first 2 nights, we did not receive the bath towels, we got them after sending a reminder. According to the host (administrator), the cleaning is provided every 7 days, and an extra cleaning costs 300 THB (which is absolutely fine). We asked for extra cleaning several times. Once it worked well, they did send housekeeping staff who cleaned the place, but they took 3 used towels and did not replace it with fresh ones (there was something about the towels and the place). The second time we asked for extra cleaning, they forgot about our request. The third time was an emergency, so we really insisted and they accommodated the request. Now that I am writing a review, I realized there was no free cleaning service during the 9 nights)). As part of the deal, you have to pay for electricity as per actual usage. In the evening before our check out the next morning, we asked if possible to make payment for electricity to which we were told that a person will come in the morning. Later that night we received a message that they will not be able to come in the morning and asked us to leave the money and the key inside the house, which we did. Now soon after we reached home, we received a message saying that they found the key but there was no money. As a conclusion, I would recommend a place for a longer stay with a family, provided you do not have much expectation in terms of interaction with the host and consider it as an un-serviced rented apartment.
