I would recommend this place and I really enjoyed the stay.

I just loved the beds and the fireplace. I just loved the staff. They were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help. I really enjoyed the coffee. the bar fridge was great. Everything was so clean.

In the first room I was in, (on the first night) the pipes in the ceiling made quite a lot of noise. This room was facing the street. On the second night, I had a wonderful, restful sleep (it was completely quiet). Only thing I can say is that it took a while to get hot water to the shower.

Very pleasant and helpful staff and the place was clean.

No breakfast at this hotel, but breakfast places were close by.

It is an older hotel, so the rooms are small, especially the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay. I was warm, cosy, safe and comfortable. The 30% winter savings helped a lot.

I liked the cosy room with it's old fashion bedroom suite and antique furniture. It had just what I needed to spend a comfortable night. There was water, tea, coffee, a small fridge and good TV Services with several platforms. The room was clean and the bathroom was well equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, hair dryer, etc.

No elevator, floors are a little creaky.

Location, other than street noise, was good. Charming place on the whole.

Door locking codes silly. Street traffic noisy. Room temperature difficult to regulate. It was HOT. Paying $20 a day to park in Stratford is insulting.

Very good

It was very noisy due to the busy street below. Also, there was no tv, only streaming services which you seemed to have to sign up and pay for. Finally, I was surprised to have to pay an extra $20 for parking.

We enjoyed the charm of the Hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Location and very secure facility. The room was spacious for three adults, and we loved the rustic charm of our room. There were 2 sinks outside of the bathroom which were very convenient.

Our only complaint is that we had no control over the heat in our room, and it was very warm. Our daughter had a ceiling fan over her pull out bed, but we had to sleep with the window open to cool down the bedroom. The hotel is on a busy downtown street, and there was traffic all night. So it wasn’t the most restful sleep between the heat and the outside noise.
