Enttäuschend⁶

Gute Betten.

Diese Bewertung gilt für das Studio: Als wir ankamen, roch das gesamte Appartement nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch. Das blieb auch über die drei Tage Aufenthalt so, wir mussten immer ein Fenster offen lassen. Der Rauch hängt in den Vorhängen. Es gab keine Nachtkästchen am Bett und auch keine kleinen Lämpchen. Kein Kleiderschrank im Appartement, wir konnten nichts aufhängen. Nur in den Dekoregalen konnten wir etwas Kleidung reinlegen. Im kleinen Bad ist eine Badewanne ohne jeglichen Duschvorhang, das Duschen war stets ein Abenteuer. Insgesamt fehlen zuviele Dinge und die 5 Punkte sind mehr als genug.

Enstspannte Lage am Stadtrand mit nettem, unkomplizierten Vermieter

Super kurzfristig am Tag selbst gebucht und sofort bestätigt bekommen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat vereinbarten wir auch schon sehr unkompliziert die Schlüsselübergabe. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt! Danke für den netten Obstkorb!!! Vitamine, die wir leicht kränklich an 2 Feiertagen hintereinander unbedingt brauchten.

Oserei dire un po’ stressante pensavamo di godercelo un po’ di più soprattutto per la distanza dal centro

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la stanza in generale

Non mi è piaciuta la tanta distanza dal centro, con il tram 30 minuti veramente molto scomodo e per prendere il tram c’è una salita che con le valigie pesanti inizia ad essere molto faticoso. Appena arrivate purtroppo non abbiamo trovato qualcosa da mangiare nella cucina piccola che rispondeva la camera…siamo rimaste molto dispiaciute anche perché era tardi e avevamo molto fame e li vicino non ci sono negozi anzi devi scendere con il tram fino in centro che appunto dista 30 minuti. Inoltre il bagno è molto piccolo e scomodo per due persone.

Nice place for a short trip in the city.

The owner left us some fresh fruits and a bottle of water: it was a nice welcome in this structure.

A washing machine and clothesline for drying could be helpful.

Great apartments with mountain views

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains.At first we were confused by the airport nearby, but there were no planes flying at night and everything was ok. The apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay - kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and excellent internet. The owner is very friendly, advised us a beautiful place for a walk.

It would be nice to add a dresser or nightstands for clothes.

Nice, friendly, great exprience in a cozy apartment for two

The guest is very friendly though we arrive pretty late and did not find the key. He arranged nice fruits and cholocates for us. It has a nice room layout. All is great.

absolute gem! Wonderful stay!

we had our own self contained studio. It was really well thought out- had everything you would need. the bed was comfy and very close to the airport. the host was very helpful about check in times. such a lovely find, I only wish we had longer to enjoy it.

Superb

The host was very nice, friendly and reasonable. The apartment was walking distance to bus stops to Innsbruck. The room was warm and welcoming. The kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped. The place was quiet during night time.

There weren't window shutters, comfortable bed pillows in memory foam (for people with neck problems) and hairdryer (the host gave it to us the next day). The host told us he would fix everything (bear in mind he started the business not long ago). During day time you could hear planes flying by

Bad experience

Then we booked the place, we couldn't contact the owver. Then we arrive he didin't ansver the phone and didin't react to the booking messiges. He even didin't call back, so we have to contact booking service. Big thanks for them, because they solve this unpleasant situation. In this apartaments there is no food eating tools, just food preparing tools.

It is clean and comfy, the kitchen has everything you may need (even oil!) and the host is a wonderful person! Considering the comfort and attitude of the host this is one of the best places I've ever stayed. I highly recommend this apartment.

Very affordable, 5mins away from bus station and host is very friendly

As this is a new listing plus it is very affordable, we were hesitant at first. But we were very glad to book our stay here! The location is 5mins away from the bus station to the city. everything is literally new and very very clean. The host is super kind and responsive to any questions we had, they even gave us complimentary chocolates and fruits. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
