Back yard was small and friendly.
Home is old so don’t expect perfect but it’s beautifully done.
We hope to stay again…all your small needs are a walk away.

We spent the night at the Denver Cottage. My daughter had her senior recital at MSU for Vocal Performance. She was awesome and the cottage allowed a small gathering of friends and family afterwards. The whole experience was lovely

Delightful old home (oldest frame home in neighborhood per Zillow). Wonderful site for family get together.

Christine has been a wonderful host. The property is as described. It's a nice neighborhood - very quiet. Beds and linens are comfy. Kitchen is well appointed. We loved our stay. We had dinner and drinks at Bar Nun across the way. A fun (unique) place. Thanks Christine - we'll contact you the next time we're in Denver and need a place to stay :)

This is a great property, a historical home that has been lovingly updated while keeping the original charm of its past. Beds were so comfy-great linens-and the showers had tons of hot water. Perfect location for walking to everywhere we wanted to be. Communication with owner was fantastic-Christine is just the best!

The house is LOVELY. It is meticulously kept, very clean and very comfortable. Even though it was close to the city, it was quiet and easy to sleep at night. About 3 blocks away is the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to. City O' City. Highly recommend this VRBO.

It was a perfect spot to be in the city but feel like we had space to spread out and relax. It was very well supplied and very clean. I’d stay again if they would have us 😊

We just stayed for 2 nights, but this house was so cute! It's in a great area, close walk to the botanical gardens, art museum, and downtown Denver. Christine answered all my questions promptly and gave great recommendations for things to do. The whole house was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the backyard was a nice space to sit and read. Would highly recommend staying here.
