This was a wonderful home-away-from-home for our extended family group of 10, ranging in age from 10 to 79. The location was wonderful, the house was spacious, clean, and furnished with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, and the host was very responsive whenever we contacted her. We had a wonderful time.

The property was amazing and was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. The kitchen was well stocked (including a very nice welcome gift from the owner) and had a large refrigerator and freezer, which is always a plus. The bathrooms were clean and were supplied with toiletries and towels. Each family had their own bathroom plus a shared ½ bath on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the central air was appreciated for the hot and humid weather.
The beach entrance is about 2 houses down from the property but do be prepared for the stairs. They weren’t an issue for us even with small kids but they could be for someone with mobility issues. The climb down is worth it. The beach was beautiful, very quiet and there is hardly anyone on it during the week. It is great for long walks and the water is calm, clear and good for the little ones to play in without waves crashing on them.
There is a Shaws Supermarket about 5 miles from the house. Save some time and put in an online order to pick up your groceries. There’s plenty to do in Downtown Plymouth. We did a whale watch with Captain John’s and saw tons of whales. We toured the Mayflower went to Ryan’s Arcade and stopped by Kilwins for ice cream. There is also a good playground for the kids less than a mile away from the home.
Kat is quick to respond to questions and has done a wonderful job preparing the house. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach get-away.

We had a wonderful week with family thanks to the lovely accommodations. Situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood we enjoyed the beautiful beach so close to the house. The kids played at low tide and swam at high tide and could come back to take breaks for naps and lunch so easily. The hosts really thought if everything we could have needed to make grandparents through an infant feel comfortable. We loved congregating on the first floor playing games, cooking, and eating in the backyard. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone their own space. Restaurants and plymouth sites are just a short drive if needed. Already thinking about when we can come back!

Great house. Fit our 6 adults and 3 toddlers very comfortably. Nice big rooms for all our needs. Back yard was good size and we enjoyed nights by the gas fire. Kat was very responsive to any emails we sent. She surprised us with a nice welcome package upon our arrival.
Good location with easy access to golf, Plymouth center, Pine Hills, and shopping. 3 houses from the beach made it easy to come and go as needed for lunch and naps. Great beach with low tides that go out and create the tide pools for the kids to find crabs. Got our exercise with the stairs to the beach.
A few suggestions: Would have like to have access to a vacuum. My family likes to leave the house as clean or cleaner as when we arrive if possible. A shower caddie for the outdoor shower. Also, we were not sure of what was expected at departure. If instructions were provided in and email, i missed them.
Great stay. Would do this house again.
Thanks very much.
