Two short blocks away from historic"Calle 8", this Spanish stucco home is within a short driving distance from hot spots in the city including Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Furnished with a touch of mid-century essentials, its clean and simple décor style will bring ease and comfort to your stay in Miami.
The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Property is left vacant 2 days after guest check out.
2- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
3- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
4- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
5- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
6- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

Fully renovated interior, with simple clean decor. Spacious living area, with 3 large sized bedrooms. Washer/dryer at your convenience, and new appliances. ONLY free street parking available and it is located directly in front of the house.

This is a residential neighborhood with a neighborhood watch program. We adhere to a zero tolerance policy - Your reservation will be cancelled without refund and property will be vacated if a disturbance is reported!

The free trolley or the metro bus pass 2 blocks away. Uber is also very accessible.
Other Things to Note:
ONLY free street parking available and it is located directly in front of the property.
