4 Bedroom, 3 Bath With Direct Oceanfront Access

Front Row! Beautifully appointed home sits directly on the beach with large glass doors that offer an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean from both the dining and living rooms and upstairs master bedroom. The doors open onto a covered patio and deck, with stairs directly to the beach providing private beach access. The master bedroom with separate sitting room/office both have the same large glass doors that open onto a porch spanning the width of the house with incredible ocean views. Ride bikes on the beach and up to Flagler Avenue to shop and eat.

Note:
-Our home can not accommodate weddings or events.
-We keep our calendar up to date so check it for confirmation of availability.
-We use the “Book it now” feature. So it is possible that a week you are looking at may book at any time.
-Our pet policy is that we allow small dogs under 30 lbs that are house trained. We charge an extra cleaning fee for pets. We unfortunately can not accommodate larger dogs. If you are uncertain please provide the details in your inquiry and we will let you know.

This was the perfect relaxing beach stay with the most insane view. Definitely a luxury beach experience. With the Olympics going on we wish the couch was a little larger in the living room with a bigger TV but if the Olympics weren’t on this wouldn’t have been an issue. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. I’d recommend the home to anyone! Additionally, washing and drying all the towels was a little stressful to get done but overall the check in and check out process was super simple!

Beautiful, quiet and well-maintained home with incredible beach views from multiple levels. Great place to gather with the family, and you can't beat walking out the back door onto the beach. Great location near a variety if shops and restaurants, but away from heavy traffic.

This home never disappoints. We’ve been staying at here for the past 5 or 6 years and we there’s no where else we would rather stay in NSB. Denise is always available and so accommodating. We make sure we book our dates early because it does get booked up.

If you are looking for an amazing beach house in New Smyrna, look no further. We loved our stay. The master suite is amazing with a huge private deck and a beautiful view of the beach.

This property is absolutely amazing. Communication with owners was wonderful. Home is well stocked for all cooking and beach needs. Ocean views are amazing and location is perfect for restaurants. The one small thing I wish were different, is that I am elderly and had an issue with beach access because of no direct staircase to the beach. On another note, my kids and grandkids had great fun watching me slide down sandbags. laughing out loud. Stay here. You will love it. By the away - there is walking access to the beach two houses down.

We enjoyed this property so much. The house is beautiful with plenty of towels and beach accessories. The location is great too right on the beach and a quick drive to the main Flagler area and restaurants. Our family had a great time.

Communication was fantastic and very quick replies from the host. Home was clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable!!!!! It is obvious that the owner wants to please their guests. Plenty of amenities, towels, etc. Even left us a welcome gift! Don’t miss this one. It is a gem.

This is a beautiful home and was nice and clean when we arrived. The location, of course, is awesome: right on the beach, yet conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. Although we were there during spring break time, we weren't bothered by any partying college students. :) The owner, Ken, was super accommodating and gracious, checking in with us during the week to assure all was well. All 7 of us (siblings and spouses from 4 different states) agreed we'd love to come back . . . not just to New Smyrna Beach, but to this house!

This was our second season staying at this lovely well appointed and maintained home. The house was spotless - just like it was last season - the new decking was a wonderful improvement. I hosted a baby shower for 20 and everyone was quite comfortable. The kitchen was as well stocked as our previous stay - we loved being able to stream music from our phones through the SONOS system on the main living level. Super convenient to shopping and restaurants. The home owners have thought of everything - if you have children there are lots of toys and games - plenty of beach towels right down to flashlights for crab hunting on the beach at night. Like to entertain - the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need - all in good working order - Two different types of grills and every cocktail glass you'll need...want to relax - - some great reading materials for kids and adults. Really all you need to pack is your clothing. Again, this is not a typical rental - this home is a treasure - if you're lucky enough to find a vacant week - grab it - you won't regret it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We are new to this area and LOVED every minute! This house is soooooo well stocked that we were able to to literally show up with our suitcases! And with a family of 5 + my mom...that made traveling much easier. We loved being right on the beach and so close to everything! We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay on the beach! Took surf lessons right outside the house. Loved that we could pop back for lunch. The town has great local restaurants. If we were headed on another beach vacation, we would definitely come back.

We had some minor issues dealt personally with the owner but all in all, the house is very spacious and sits on a nice strip of beach with close access to the best of NSB. A great place for an 85th birthday weekend for Ma with family!

Our beach getaway was one for the books. We enjoyed the property so much. It was clean, Denise was so quick to respond with questions, and most of all it was a beautiful home. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning ocean views and the property's pristine condition. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. But what set this beach house apart was its location. The property is situated right on the beach, with direct access to the sand and surf. I spent countless hours lounging on the deck, watching the waves roll. Overall, I cannot recommend this beach house enough.
