Great location with tones of access to everything the area has to offer.

House was excellent. Great layout and beautiful views. Price was perfect. All should lead to 5 Star review! But the house was not cleaned that well. Floors and countertops had crumbs everywhere. Basically the entire house needed to be cleaned. Next issue was lack of maintenance. Of all the things we fixed and tightened screws the most aggravating thing was the trash. Trash cans outside were over full when we got there. Contacted the help number and they tried to get it taken care of but it was next to last day when it finally got dumped. Also the lower deck was blocked off so we couldn’t enjoy it. The windows to see the beautiful views were all dirty with hand prints and smudges. Also had a weird bug in one of the beds. Anyway it is a great house and view. Just need to get people to take care of it.

The house is very spacious with the best view from the back deck. Great view to wake up to every morning. Parking was on level ground right off the paved street. The house is very clean and well taken care of. It is one of the best houses that we have rented.

Our family opted to celebrate Christmas in May due to crazy schedules in Dec ‘23. This location met all our needs: sleeping arrangements, room to spread out, kitchen amenities, and the view was spectacular. Our next Christmas location will be different all together, but for THIS year, thank you for helping us create memories. We felt right at home in Holiday Island. (See? Even the name of the town was perfect!)

This place was super clean, plenty of space and had an amazing view. Highly recommend.

The house in the view was beautiful no doubt. What I didn’t like is you couldn’t use the garage it was off-limits for three older females that would have been a convenience to us, but it was denied. We had some pesty flys in the house flying around when we go there. We had a hard time checking in we arrived in Eureka 1 1/2 hours before check in and wanted to check in early we were not allowed to. It was very hot that day, so we just found a restaurant and sat inside until it was time to check in. The oven was filthy as was the countertop We should not have had to clean, stuck on spaghetti and wasted food stuck to the glass and the bottom of the oven and the racks were nasty. Necessities were stocked nicely. I tried many times to reach out to a host but no response and I just spoke to Vrbo because we were having such a hard time checking in with the keyless entry. The location was beautiful and very good to the Passion Play.

We enjoyed the home. It was well appointed with many niceties other vacation homes do not have. Well-decorated home with very comfortable furniture. The deck and the view are absolutely wonderful. Plenty of space. Very well thought out, so you do not have to run out and buy dishwashing liquid, paper towels, laundry detergent, or toilet paper. The Wifi is excellent. The only complaint we have is the front door lock. Had problems getting into the house and even leaving the house. It would take several tries. We finally look up on line on Schlage to get instructions in how to use the lock (How to use a Schlage keypad, deadbolt lock). After that we were able to get in on the first try. I would post the instructions on how to use the lock. You need more than the nine-digit code, for there is a specific rotation of the key hole to make, for if you make a mistake, you are out in the cold for another 30 seconds to allow the lock to reset.

The listing was accurate and we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The view off the back deck was beautiful as shown in the pictures. We stayed in mid-march when there were no leaves on the trees but spring flowers were in full bloom. Would be amazing in fall I imagine. The location was great too. Very quiet and away from the bustle of eureka springs but a very easy 10-15 minute drive to town. There is a grocery store conveniently a few minutes down the street. It’s also an easy drive to Roaring River state park in MO and I recommend you check that out. The house itself is not the most modern but it’s kept up nicely and clean and soo spacious. Bathrooms seemed to be recently updated and were very nice. Had issues with the door code not working as other people had mentioned but we called and they gave us the code to unlock the physical key so we just used that.

Vista View is mostly about the view of the beautiful Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas from the large deck. However, the house is extremely lovely and comfortable. Management (Noah) was so responsive to our requests. It was the perfect setting for our family gathering; viewing the trees changing color while sipping a glass of wine; heaven!

The house and views are great. Wonder space for family and large groups.
Couple of issues with the listing...
There are issues with the door lock that have not been fixed despite previous comments and reviews.
Also, note the early check out at 10 AM. There is no flexibility on this per property management. For such a large house and potential large group of people, this is may be too early and add stress to an otherwise lovely stay.

Really nice wraparound balcony on mountain ridgeline giving great views. nice golf course nearby. 10 minutes from Eureka Springs. Hope to stay there again.

We have rented houses at Holiday Island for 40+ years, and this house is a definite favorite. It was clean, well-stocked, and has a great layout with sizeable rooms. My only complaint is that the door code we were given was incorrect, which we have come to learn was a previously known issue- which is frustrating.

The views are incredible from the deck, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Home is spacious and kitchen is well equipped, well maintained and clean. Would be great for bigger groups. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The view is incredible, with birds and fireflies in the treetops and stars so brilliant. Everything we needed was stocked, and there are so many attractions for day trips. Our grandchildren loved the huge selection of board games and the tv in their bedroom, and we loved the peace and quiet. The master bedroom is a beautiful oasis!

The photos do not adequately show the beauty of this house. The views from the rear of the house are gorgeous and the back deck runs the entire length of the home. It’s an updated older home with lovely wood flooring, spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses ( the master is huge but it’s a queen sized bed, not a king), 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen with everything you could need. They provide lots of extras that make your stay comfortable. In the kitchen, they provide coffee, quality cookware/silverware and lots of extras. Bathrooms are also fully stocked with everything you need. Holiday Island is a nice neighborhood/community about 10 minutes north of downtown Eureka Springs and about an hour from Branson or Bentonville.
