This House had everything that we needed.
It was clean, comfortable, cozy, with a lot of extra room. All bathroom supplies were available as needed. We weren't able to enjoy much time in the yard related to the unexpected weather conditions. Monica was amazing and easy to reach if necessary. Friendly and cared if we had everything we needed. She even has a table with every store or activity brochures. Perfect set up for any family wanting to stay in Durango. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go!!

The home is beautifully renovated and even better than the photos. Everything was clean, and the host had even taken the time to leave activities out for our kids. The location is perfect for walking to downtown, the train, or the river walk. Beds are memory foam and very firm, but comfortable. The yard has a nice propane fire pit and barbeque grill, both of which functioned well. Host was very kind and responsive. We would certainly stay here again!

Great place to stay. Fit 4 adults very comfortably. Location is excellent, parking is easy and as a bonus there is a small outdoor seating area to soak in the sun. Would definitely stay there again.

We came to Durango to ski and enjoy the town with my son and daughter-in-law. This little house exceeded our expectations. It was super convenient to walk into town. The house had a nice new grill and gas fire pit which was fun for chilling out. The linens were abundant and bath products were quality. Monica was an amazing and responsive host.

We stayed here to spend time in Durango and to do the polar express. Monica was amazing and even set up a portable mini crib on short notice. Thank you!

This 100+ year old cottage has been lovingly renovated. Beautiful bathroom and kitchen! Many of the existing wood floors have been saved. The entire house was so cozy. The owners have provided all the little extras. High quality bed and bath linens. Name brand bath products. K-pods and condiments. We brought our Husky and dog bowls, treats, doggie bags and even dog bandannas were provided! The home is situated in a beautiful historic neighborhood 2 blocks from the charming downtown. The side yard is secluded and fenced and there is a dog door in the front door. Our Husky thoroughly enjoyed walks through the neighborhood with a park within one block away. Owners were great. Monica provided detailed information on things to do. She recommended several restaurants and also provided info on several vets when our Husky required some minor medical attention. I received an immediate response whenever I contacted her! Our experience was so positive with this lovely home and responsive owners! We were not ready to leave. Highly recommend. You will love this quaint cottage!!!

This is a lovely, completely restored home with a perfect backyard for our small dog. It would be very comfortable for a group of 4. I loved the Aveda products (and now I must have some for my bathroom at home). We appreciated all the material thoughtfully laid out with local activities and adventures. There is a library that could have kept me occupied for weeks with a great selection of books. Checkin was super easy! My apologies to the host as I somehow mixed up our travel days. Completely my fault and I am quite embarrassed but we could have stayed much longer because we were very comfortable.

We stayed before our backpacking trip. The house was more than we expected, clean and up to date. Great location and we walked downtown for dinner. If ever in Durango again it’s where we’ll stay.

Mid fifties couple traveling through Colorado and checking out the south west and central part of the state. Durango was our first stop. Loved how close we were to downtown that we could walk to everything. The house was perfect for our three night stay and we felt right at home. The heat wave that has plagued the state didn't deter us from an early morning hike to Gudy's Rest and an afternoon bike along the river. Next time we are in the area we will check out the train ride.

The house was in the perfect location for our trip with our younger kids. It was far enough from main street to avoid a lot of traffic and people but close enough to easily walk. The house itself was adorable and comfortable and the fenced yard was perfect for our doggie. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Charming cottage in town with all we could need and want, plus a lot of extras! Comfy robes, touch-on bedroom lamps, modern, cozy bedrooms and living space, fabulous modern well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for three of us. Beds are super comfortable. Outdoor yard was wonderful for a gathering with friends. Coffee, groceries and restaurants were a mere block or two or three away. We didn't use our car at all for in town visits. Monica was a wonderful host, and quick to respond to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is perfectly clean and comfortable. Everything is a walking distance away and our teens loved exploring the town on their own. We’ll definitely want to come back to explore the hiking and biking trails. This time we enjoyed the slopes!

We loved our stay. House was clean , check in and check out were easy. House was well stocked. We didn’t need anything from the property owners but it was nice they checked in and asked if we did . Great location, walkable to mainstreet/downtown. Would definitely stay again
