Upon check in, after not receiving a door code realized that there was a problem. They had double booked us somehow. Although they tried to help us find something else, we ended up not having anywhere to stay on a holiday weekend (July 4th). Had to change our whole plan to another city 2h away with 8 people. Frustrated with allowing this to happen.

Upon arrival we had a overflowing trash cans at the end of our driveway. Entering the house looked good. There were no extra trash bags. The place was very dusty which flared allergies. Woke up Saturday morning to cold water. Lighting in the master over the toilet was out. Contacted host said someone would be out. The next morning, we were fine with that. Went out came back later, still no light. Contacted host again, said someone would be out. Needless to say no one came. Lighting over the sinks were out.

Perfect size for bridal wedding party. Very neutral decor and good lighting for morning of hair and make up for bride and her bridesmaids, and for photographer to shoot. Complaint: overflowing outside trash cans. I picked trash up around the cans and tried to refill cans as much as possible.

We were just in the area for a couple of days and the rental was just fine. It can sleep quite a few if needed. Recommend!

We needed something for just the weekend and found this cute place. We booked easily and owner communicated with us quickly if we had questions. There wasn't tons of super-extra amenities (multiple towels, foo-foo appliances like blenders etc.) but certainly had everything you will need.to be comfy. The beds were very comfortable. There are three bathrooms; two on the main level where the master bedroom is and one upstairs that services three bedrooms. There were six of us and we managed well. The kitchen is a nice size and has plates, bowls, cups, some glasses, and a coffee pot, dishwasher, and also stacking washer / dryer. And island has 3-4 stools. A round dining table has four chairs and there is a small family room with small sofa and one chair. There are TV's in just about every room except kitchen/dining area. The location is great because it's just off the main roads so you don't hear traffic yet you are easily able to navigate between US 17 and US 17 bus where all the action is as far as restaurants (and there are MANY). There is a nature preserve nearby, lots of opportunities for fishing and of course the ocean. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We were satisfied with this unit and would rent again if in the area.
