About this apartment rental
Enjoy this fabulous renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 13h floor. Lounge and dining areas are very spacious with large balconies catch the ocean breeze. The refurbishment of the reception area, including the ground and basement level lift lobbies is scheduled to commence on Monday 15th April 2024. The project is scheduled to be completed by 30th June 2024. Whilst work is being undertaken to the ground level reception and ground level lift lobby, this area will be completely excluded from resident or guest access. During this time, building access will
A temporary reception office will be located near the basement lift lobby access pathway, with directional signage erected to guide residents and guests to this alternate reception area and this point of building access.
Located a short walk away from patrolled Burleigh Beach, plus plenty of cafes and restaurants will let you maximize your relax factor while you stay in our Burleigh apartment!
Resort features one heated indoor and one outdoor pool, tennis court, sauna, spa and BBQ area.
Hotel quality linen, Foxtel, WIFI included.
From January 2023 for approximately 76weeks, 2nd Avenue will be preforming construction works and development around the property to better advance our property for you, our valued guests. Please note that pool will be closed due to this.
Please be advised you may experience noise works during your stay due to external construction works starting nearby on the Gold Coast Light Rail.
A temporary reception office will be located near the basement lift lobby access pathway, with directional signage erected to guide residents and guests to this alternate reception area and this point of building access.

Older building but in a location that cant be beaten.
We will stay again for sure.
Only let down was the presentation and cleanliness could have been better. Small details such as soap dispenser in shower was empty, blankets not folded.
But nothing that would prevent us staying in the same unit again.

Arrived late evening and collected keys from office location then had to go 800 metres to the appointment.
There was major construction at the appointment block which wasn’t clearly stated until after payment.
No Hot water, no working lights in spare room and not very clean.

The location of this property and the magnificent view is unparalleled. (5 stars ) The unit is dated but reasonably comfortable to a basic standard. Some attention to user comforts would be lovely. We would have appreciated 2 keys, garbage bin liners, extra towels, dishwasher tablets, body wash and milk for a cuppa after a long trip.

Super convenient location on the Burleigh beach front and close to restaurants and entertainment. Spacious apartment. Master bed could be a lot firmer for our liking though!

The house keeping needs some improvements and we were expected to take the garbage out and sweep and vacuum,
However they did not leave us any garbage bags.
They left a few coffee packages and some tea bags and some sugar but not enough. We did really like the property.

Spacious, clean, amazing view. Would stay here again. There are some renovations in progress but they did not effect the guests.
