Warm and comfortable. Exactly what we wanted. Friendly staff, close to everything.

Almost perfect except for the hallway that we were at on the 3rd floor smells like smoke/cigarette, can’t make a complaint , the hotel phone in our room is nonworking, and whoever is on the floor above us keep stumping at the floor (10pm) , i went up and knocked on the door & please them nicely if they can keep the noise down & to stop stumping on the floor , didn’t work

We stayed there while we were passing thru to Florida. Everything was excellent from the location to the comfortable and clean room. We will be staying there on our return trip.

I enjoyed the fact that the stay was pet friendly and we were accommodated with the bottom floor access. I did not like the fact that it said there was breakfast that could be delivered to room or in lobby, there was even a flier in room with menu, but when went to lobby for breakfast, was advised the breakfast came from the lobby store and could be delivered for a price, I was definitely unaware of this being it was not explained or advertised clearly. Other than that everything was great.

It was a good value for the price. Location was great. The room was clean. It was a newish hotel. Barefoot in the room proved it hadn't been recently vacuumed. We stayed 3 nights. The elevator and stairwell was not cleaned while we were there over Thanksgiving weekend.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. I loved that it has a functional kitchenette area. Space is adequate with up to date furniture and no adverse odors. Check in process is average, had to wait a bit for the lady at the front desk but that was not an issue. The lobby area was nice, with a spacious lounge and snacks to purchase.

This hotel was the nicest, cleanest and staff was so accommodating it was refreshing!

A family friendly hotel for military families to enjoy a clean and inexpensive trip.
The rooms and bathrooms impeccably clean. Offers pots and pans for an economy kitchenette with full size appliances. Staff is friendly and attentive. A neighborhood Walmart across the street with options for restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed having the less expensive option to the Hampton Inn!

Normally, this hotel is exactly what a 2.5-star hotel should be. Unfortunately, this time they chose to revert back to harassment after 11AM. Also, most rooms have two chairs (since there are two beds). This one only had one which was incredibly inconvenient. Also there was a LOUD party going on downstairs where they left the doors open. Do better.
I asked for a late check-out, as I always do, at check-in. The lady asked "12?" I said "that's fine." At 11:15AM, a loud banging on the door. I knew it was housekeeping so I yelled "we'll be out at 12, thanks!" as my teenaged daughter and I were playing games and did not wish to be disturbed (given the sign on the door). She chose to bang even louder. I replied with "AGAIN, WE WILL BE OUT AT NOON! HAVE A NICE DAY!" A few minutes later, front desk calls as I'm getting up to go to the bathroom. I pick up the phone. Without hesitation, the front desk lady asks very firmly "Who told you that you could have a late checkout? I said the lady at check-in and I do not take kindly to being harassed. We'll be out at noon. Have a nice day." And she responded with "that wasn't communicated to us." I then said, "I'll take it up with Rusty. Your lack of communication skills are not my fault." I will NOT stay at this hotel if this is how PAYING GUESTS are treated.

Check-in was simple and staff was friendly. The common areas were spotless as was our room and it was a very quiet, both day and night. We had a full size refrigerator in our room and a comfortable recliner. The hotel we have stayed in for years has steadily declined in cleanliness and quality over the past several years and we have been looking for another hotel. My Place will be where we stay from now on when we travel to Jacksonville.

This was a great place for the price. Bed was super comfy, hot showers, plenty of towels. Loved being able to cook in the room, full size fridge. The hallway did smell because other people cook in their rooms but my room did not smell like the hallway. Highly recommend!

I love the self parking. The lot was not crowded or sketchy. The lobby was clean and very welcoming with snacks and coffee. The hallways and elevators were clean. The room itself was very clean. There was a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove with 2 eyes, and sink. All were clean and in working order. The carpet, curtains, pillows, blankets, and furniture were stain free and odor free! The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. The AC unit was amazing at keeping us cool during the heatwave. The bathrooms were extremely immaculate. The tub was bright white and the faucets were sparkling. The sink, toilet, cabinets, and light fixtures were all upgraded. There was quality soap, shampoo and conditioner available. I stayed for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. 10/10!

……for being a 2023 build I had way higher hopes. Considering all the reviews were good…. And nearby hotels had SCARY reviews. I wish I had booked somewhere else. Drove all day from Raleigh, beached all day with the kids. We were TIRED…. Checked in 10ish PM. Hopeful for a good night sleep so we could beach again the next day and possibly stay. A second night. The bed was so HORRIBLE I didn’t even care about the 3 cockroaches in our room, alive. THREE cockroaches. The bed was a damn BOXSPRING. How are there no reviews about the beds. I had to SEDATE myself with medicine to sleep. I woke up face swollen, body aches, it’s 10pm the next day and my back still hurts. I wish I was saying my back hurt from a lil sumsumtin else, but no…. Thanks for ruining my fun holiday beach weekend.

I arrived incredibly early but was able to check in. The room, 313, was clean but the batteries in the TV remote were dead. I left them out on the bed. Hopefully housekeeping doesn't just put them back in as the next guest will experience the same issue.
This room's light fixtures were mostly in-tact and in working order. HOWEVER, the ice maker, which they tell you to turn on at each check-in if you want ice, only produced around 5-10 cubes over the span of 24 hours. So my cooler is .. warmer; not cooler. Most of the microwaves in the hotel have a broken display that either only works slightly when the microwave is in use or not at all.
The wireless speed was increased slightly, it seems. But ethernet (what I use) is still a bit slow. The single elevator also is very slow and usually in use so it takes it a WHILE to get up or down. A second elevator would not only relieve this but also increase efficiency of both elevators. If neither is in use, the one closest to the floor could go pick up passengers. But this hotel is only 4 floors and there's not much need for a second elevator.
All staff, front desk and housekeeping, were very friendly.
Location is very convenient to everything in central Jacksonville. Within walking distance there's a bank, restaurants, a movie theater, grocery shopping, a gas station, a doughnut shop (KK - hot sign is on a lot), and much more. Being on the coast, Jacksonville is a bit humid though.
I will definitely stay again.

This trip was a family trip with my daughter. Most of the light fixtures in the bathroom were not properly connected at build time causing the LED light rings (which sound last decades) to be very dim or not lit at all.
The stay, otherwise, was very pleasant. No issues other than the printer they offer in their "business center" (which is in the lounge) not working.
Will stay again.

Very nice hotel , staff is great. Clean , rooms are nice for what you pay . The only issue is when people cook in there rooms the hallways are very smelly. There are instructions on how to vent the cooktop when cooking but I don’t believe that’s being followed . Our neighbors cooked and the hallway smelt horrible , I’m talking gag horrible.

Lovely new hotel which opened just last year. We shared a very spacious room with two queen sized beds, fridge and freezer, a small stove, oven and large bathroom. No breakfast except the possibility to order a small bag. Highly recommendable. Only downside was no cleaning despite a 7 night stay. Should have been cleaned after 4 nights. Probably just an oversight from their part and we didn’t complain.

Nice hidden gem , the room we stayed in was clean and definitely worth the price. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. We will stay again when visiting the Camp Lejeune area.

The hotel employees were all very nice, but I am very disappointed in the property. Based on all the wonderful reviews and the fact it was one of the highest listings recommended by Hotels.com, I expected far more than was delivered! The entire hotel smelled really bad (sour) for one thing, the HVAC system mostly moved wet, humid air around, which made for an unpleasant and cold damp sleeping arrangement, and you have to walk past a cloud of cigarette smoke just walking in. The disparity of the reviews versus the actual experience leads me to believe fraudulent input was included in the reviews. The hotel did allow us to move to a different room because of the A/C issues, but unfortunately the experience did not improve. Clearly, the HVAC system is not properly maintained or adequate to remove the humidity from the air. Because of this we checked out early to find other lodging accommodations.

Great clean hotel. Would stay again. Only odd thing was when asking for clean towels we were denied. The front desk said the cleaning staff only cleans the rooms if you have been there 4 days.

This hotel is a new approach to economy hotels. There is no pool for the kids or a ready made breakfast service in the morning. But there is a full sized fridge and microwave in the room as well as a coffee maker, toaster and stovetop. The Walmart grocery is right across the street and there is a vast selection of restaurants within 10 minutes drive.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with lots of storage. And the rates are very reasonable.
