tranquilo solo dormimos y desayunamos

habitacion confortanle, los baños requieren mantenimiento, deberian tener una persona encargada solo para cocina y aseo ya que solo el dueño hace todas las labores en el hotel, es muy amable y servicial y la casa es muy linda tiene un bonito proyecto pero falta un poco de inversion para mejorar algunos aspectos, van por buen camino.

Acceptable for the price but cleanliness and safety should be improved

The house and the yard inside is cute, room is spacious, safe and peaceful neighborhood. Good price for a private room with bathroom.

My room was not in a very good condition, dust and spider webs everywhere, there was mouse feces in the bathroom and also on my bed when I arrived… The door doesn’t feel very safe, you lock it with a padlock but the system still allows you to open the door if you want to. No AC, the fan is on the wall other side of the room so the breeze doesn’t even reach the bed. I don’t know why but I felt a little uncomfortable with the hosts, the way they run the hotel didn't seem very professional.

Basic accommodation without any major issues, would stay again.

The room, including the bed, was very clean. The owners are super friendly and helpful. I could park my car safely inside the hotel's yard. And everything in the town is within walking distance. The neighborhood is largely residential and felt safe. The yard seems very nice with an Avocado tree and some seats. There's also an open air kitchen, but I didn't get to use it. Wifi worked well.

At this price point, all as expected. But just in case this is relevant, the room is very basic, only lukewarm water in the shower, which is only divided by a partial wall from the rest of the room (double bed). You'll be able to hear noises from the yard and the street. Mariquita as a whole is quite hot, and you'll only have a wall mounted fan (I turned it off and was okay).
