Open the windows or enjoy sitting on the front balcony and hear the sounds of the waves. Our Two bedroom condo has queen size beds in each bedroom, central A/C and heating, ceiling fans, full kitchen, updated appliances including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, free wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer Beach towels, additional dressing area in the master bedroom utility closet with mirror/vanity and sink and Beach-side Chair Service. There is one parking space and Beach access within 2 short blocks. Enjoy upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment just a few steps away on Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Condo overlooks a botanical court yard. Full of tourist attraction and romantic opportunities.

Guest will be provided starter amenities such as paper towels, bottled water, bathroom tissue, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags. Guest can settle in before picking up needed supplies. Iron and iron board, blow dryer, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, towels and linens. If you are looking for a great vacation in a great location, you found it!

The condo was as advertised 2 blocks to the beach and town. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There was a designated parking spot and a membership card for chair and umbrella service on the beach which was an added bonus.

Excellent apartment, roomier than it looks in the photos. It had everything we needed and readily became our home for a month. We have rented 4 other properties in Delray and this one was the nicest.

Property is a little dated and could use more bathroom space; however, would stay there again. Owners made it easy in and out. Property is in a great location for walking to beach or downtown for dining and entertainment. The card for beach chairs and umbrella is very nice and convenient.

Loved everything about this place. We are definitely returning. Perfect location, and very clean. My only negative was that the mattresses were way to soft. I wish at least one of them were firmer.

We loved everything about our stay, especially the location! We could not believe what a short walk it was to Atlantic Ave and the beach. The condo is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We have family in Delray and visit every winter. We would definitely stay here again!

We were on a Mother Daughter trip and the place worked great for us. It was quiet and comfortable and in a safe, walkable, pretty location. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the beach chair pass and the parking spot. We had everything we needed! Thank you!

The building in which this apartment is located is a great example of the mid-century low-rise charm of Del-Ray Beach. The apartment is bright, spacious, and very well appointed with convenient parking downstairs. If the idea of a two block walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to downtown appeals to you, you can't beat 100 Venetian Drive.

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. It was just as described and well laid out. We did not have anyone using the second bedroom, but we liked that they were spaced on opposite ends of the unit, making it perfect for two couples or for children. The living room was roomy, cable was basic, but streaming was an option. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for morning breakfast. We went out for lunch and dinner. The main bedroom was spacious with an adjacent laundry room/sink. We slept great on the comfortable queen bed. We enjoyed using the beach pass each day, which was an awesome perk. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale. You will be 2 blocks to the beach and 1 block from the eastern end of Atlantic Ave. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aniello is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed for a quick and easy check-in. The apartment is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Centrally located 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from Atlantic Avenue with restaurants bars and shopping. Appartment was clean and check in was easy. Mike the host was very responsive. Beach pass was a big plus, daily 2 chairs and umbrella set up made things very convenient. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was a big plus. As a VRBO host myself I would reccomend this property.

The condo was cute and very clean. The location was nice and walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beach pass for chairs and umbrella was a plus. When looking for a rental I set the filter for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. Unfortunately, that was not the case when we arrived. It was 1 bathroom and a laundry room with a sink in the master bedroom. Needless to say, this was uncomfortable and disappointing. It was not what I contracted for or expected. I would not have rented the unit if I knew the truth. The response from the owner was rude and ignorant. After complaining. I noticed the listing was changed. I have screenshots from before booking and after emailing the owner through VRBO. In addition, the mattresses are horrible. They literally collapse in the center, forming a pit.

Beautiful accommodations in a great community neighbourhood! Extremely clean with everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing stay! Everything was smooth upon entering upon arrival and during my stay. The accommodations were clean, beautifully decorated, cozy…everything offered a perfect to get away from home with home-like amenities . Mike and Maria were great hosts; if we needed anything, communication was simple and clear. We also could use the beach pass for lounge chair and umbrella service. That’s was a great perk to our stay.

This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries, the accommodations we’re stellar, it’s located two blocks from the beach, and two blocks from Atlantic ave. We came to visit elderly parents and this made it feel much more like a vacation. Thanks Michael and Maria!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was just the right size for our group. It was clean and cozy and quiet at night, and when we were out and about during the day we felt safe, both walking the neighborhood and sleeping at night. It’s the perfect distance both from the beach and from the shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed, which really helped make our stay stress free. The owner was very easy to reach and answered questions quickly- he cared that we enjoyed our stay. I would come again.

The condo was clean and looked as advertised. The beach was within walking distance, only a few short blocks away. The same with the shops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave. The place is cozy and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Mike is very responsive and easy to communicate with.
