Guests enter Seaside Therapy by taking the building's elevator or the staircase from the parking garage to the 1st floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, screened porch and both suites. You can enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining, living room, screened balcony and both bedrooms. Soak up the ocean breezes and the sounds of crashing waves from the wrap-around screened porch. There is a washing machine & dryer in the condo.

Seaside Therapy is a condo located within the Atrium Villas residential community. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. As with most condos, you may hear noises from units above and adjacent to this condo.

Great location in the thick of things at a low key place. It was a great location that I would strongly consider buying in. It’s difficult to keep sand out of the room however, on the last day we discovered a spigot just around the corner from the room that would have made a big difference.

This property could not have been any better suited for our family trip to Seabrook! My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children and the location was perfect. We easily moved between the beach, the pool and golf. Being in the center of all activities made it easy for us to come and go. The condo itself was incredibly clean and well decorated. The screened porch added extra living space in the evenings. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise! We will definitely book this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay with family at Seaside Therapy! The condo was clean and stocked with needed items to begin our stay. (The blankets in each closet were a nice extra touch as we had a few chilly Spring days!) We spent a lot of time on the screened porch with a view of the ocean across the street and a large table to accommodate mealtimes. The location was great - on the end of a row and easy access to stairs to downstairs garage for walking dog and storing our bikes for afternoon rides. Lots of wildlife to view! Steven and staff were responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thanks so much and we look forward to another stay with you in the future!

Beautiful area! This condo is walkable to the wedding venue which was perfect. The balconies are wonderful to sit on and listen to the surf. Kitchen is very small, a little “musty” smelling. We found the beds to not be very comfortable, especially the King in the main bedroom. Owners were very good with communication. Sweet spot.

Overall we thought this was a great unit. The location was great and the large screened-in porch was fantastic. There were some minor things that needed repair but we were there at the end of the season so this may have been a case of deferred maintenance.

SeasideTherapy location can’t be beat! In our case we golfed and never had to get in the car for island activities. Golf club is across the parking lot. Pelican’s Nest seaside restaurant is right across the street. Unit was clean and functional. Plenty of room for two couples. The wrap around screened on porch had the best views of any location I’ve ever stayed in. We will be back.

This was a lovely condo that gave us everything we needed for our weeklong stay! The convenience it offered was wonderful. We were steps away from the beach, pool, restaurants, and cafe. With small children, it was so nice for one adult to be able to walk back to the condo with the little one while the bigger kids stayed with the other adult. The screened it porch was very enjoyable. Everything was clean and lovely! We will definitely stay here again! The owners were also extremely responsive with any questions during our visit!

The unit was perfect and as advertised—the bedrooms were huge and the screened wrap-around porch was our favorite. We saw many deer from the porch at night. One thing to note: the beaches across from the unit are eroded and non-existent during high tide, so you’ll need to use the beach club or drive to the other side of the island for beach access. I’m any event, I’d stay here again—unit was perfect!

This was the nicest, cleanest and best up kept rental at a beach we have ever stayed. The beach facing porch was huge with three separate seating areas and it was completely screened in! The property owners were very responsive and kind, answering all of our questions. Would stay here again!

Seabrook Island was amazing—pristine, friendly, beautiful, easy drive to Charleston. The condo was a perfect location across from the beach club, easy walk to the beach, great views. The condo itself was very comfortable, perfect for our family of four. It had everything we could need, and the huge screen porch was awesome. Will definitely be back to Seabrook and would love to stay at Seaside Therapy again!
