Tucked away in the quiet Edmonds neighborhood is this hidden gem, loaded with stylish space and quality amenities. With such a convenient location, you can get to anywhere so easily! This unit can host up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and modern living space. This kind of space, location, and well-decorated touch, is definitely a rare find!

**NO PARTIES/EVENTS**
The house has 2 fully separated units. Both units have their own entrances. This unit is on the 1st floor. It features a kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals, a dining area, 4 queen beds providing enough space for big family. New appliances and smart home devices are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.
You will have access to the 1st floor of the house since 2nd & 3rd floor is a separate unit.
*Please park at the entrance of Unit A and there are plenty of free street parkings around the house. Please DO NOT park at the entrance of Unit B or block their driveway.
The house is located in a quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO PET】
This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

My family of five stayed for four nights. The bedroom arrangements were wonderful and the location was central and easy to get to. If you’re looking to stay close or walkable to downtown this is not the place for you. We stayed in the lower unit and you could definitely hear the people walking and talking upstairs. Luckily, my children slept through it, but it could be a bother for others. Everything else was as depicted and described. The hosts were communicative and friendly.

space was… unique. ceiling height was 6’2” and i constantly hit by head in multiple doorways. efficiently heating the space is a challenge. i didn’t feel using the stove top was safe as exposed wood edges showed signs of a fire. and despite ‘quiet hours’ (that were not honored), noise between floors was excessive. not surprisingly, a disappointing stay.

The group above us was constantly noisy-kids running non-stop. Needs rugs up there to dampen constant noise (even adults walking). Kitchen had sufficient equipment & coffee, but nothing else-not even salt/pepper. Outdoor trash bins were not well labeled and recyclable bin was misused, overflowiing with non-recyclables/trash. .
