Elevator in the house very close to the handicap accessible beach. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. It was just perfect.

This spot was adequate and that's about it. The driveway was so overgrown with bushes that it was difficult to try to back out. The fact that the driveway opens up to VERY busy road made it daunting to get out of the driveway at all hours. The air filter on the 3rd floor was so clogged up that it was whistling when the AC came on. VERY VERY important note is that ALL mattresses, except one, were utilitarian, and VERY FIRM/HARD. The living room furniture on the 3rd floor was very dirty, to the point that the patterns were obscured by dirt. Swimming pool entry rail was very loose. The management company was quite responsive to texts and replaced air filters almost immediately. They did send a team out to trim back the bushes and trees that had overtaken the driveway, albeit they blocked the driveway completely and one of the team members was having a nap in the front seat when we pulled up, looked at us, and laid back down. One of the other guys in the yard had to come wake him up to move the truck. Cabinet space for your own groceries is non-existent. Suffice it to say that we would not book this property again. The management company was mostly responsive to texts however I feel that a walk through from time to time would have identified the need to fix the pool rail, trim the bushes, change air filters, and that dirty, dirty, furniture in the family room.

Clean, everything in working order. Only suggestion- at least one handicapped bathroom in a home with an elevator. Most people only pay the extra for an elevator equipped home because of handicapped person

Have stayed at Clam I Am six times over the years. Location is nice. Home is perfect size. Love that it has mostly kingsize beds. My only complaints are the mattresses are the same hard uncomfortable mattresses that were there in 2015. Need updating. Would be nice to have spectrum app on main TV. Pool was cloudy and didn't have a tech out during the week to check or add water. Did get a broom and dustpan delivered when requested.Also having to clean home is a bit much with the cost of weekly rental.Not everyone will do a good job.

Overall our stay was great. Clam I Am is very nice and spacious. Getting to the beach, shops and restaurants was convenient. Our son loved the game room and spent a lot of time playing pool and ping pong. The only room for improvement that we noted would be clean up of the back lawn including fixing the broken volleyball net, replacing the very worn mattresses, making sure the entrance light bulbs are working and wiping down the kitchen counters. All things that are easily fixed in order to make the property an even greater delight. And nothing that kept us from having a great time and enjoying ourselves.
One note we did have for the rental company would be to make renters aware that a house is being built right next door, just a few feet from Clam I Am. The early morning drilling and hammering was not a welcome surprise. We realize that progress and building will happen, especially on such a busy street, however we would have liked to have been made aware as it may have changed our decision on where to stay based on our desire for peace and relaxation on our vacation.
Still overall we had a great time and the house is lovely.

Great place! Incredible house. Each bedroom has private bathroom. Elevator was definitely used for those with mobility restrictions. Loved the game room. Easy walk to the beach and through the nearby trails. Only suggestions new carpet and new grill. Overall one of the best we have stayed in for the last 20 years.

We loved the home. There was 18 of us in this beautiful home. It was very roomy. The walk to the beach was right across the street, which was perfect. The pool was a big hit every day. Everyone loved all things about this home.

We followed all the procedures requested by Beach Realty, but they failed to do the same. As requested, we provided a mobile phone number so we could be advised when the house was ready. However, Beach Realty didn't update their records. As a result, we were never notified that the house was ready and lost time that we could have been spending enjoying our vacation. Also, on our first full day, we notified Beach Realty that the hot tub wasn't working properly. Due to a lack of communication within the company, the problem was not resolved during our stay. In addition, the lowest level of the house smelled strongly of fish. Beach Realty did sent someone out to clean the refrigerator, but that should have been done before we arrived. We did not use the outside grill, because it was very dirty. The area under the grill was coated in grease. The kitchen was not fully equipped with all of the smaller items needed to prepare our meals. The kitchen would benefit from a thorough inventory and restocking.

Overall, we had a great time and loved the house! The only issue we ran into was with the grill; the grease trap had not been cleaned in a long time, which actually caused a small fire. We were able to handle it but this is something that should be maintained moving forward.
