Welcome to Casa Blanca! Gorgeous 5 Star Luxury 3 Bedroom 2 bath single family home in Pompano Beach's quaint Snug Harbor Neighborhood. A recently updated home with elevated furnishings and pizzazz, this home features a full size pool table / game room, a spacious private outdoor pool area and hot tub, an out door gazebo, and outdoor dining table with seating for 10. With spacious private nature of this home, you will truly be transported to your own Oasis in the sun.
INTERIOR:
Upon entering the 5-star Casa Blanca, you are greeted with a spacious and inviting living room with ample seating for the whole family and a 4k television for your entertainment pleasure. Recently updated, the kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, a spacious layout, and breakfast bar. Situated directly off the kitchen, you will find the dinning room has ample seating (8) for the whole family. The entertainment room offers a 55" 4K TV and a full-size pool table with direct patio pool access. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, walk in closet, private patio access, 4k TV, and a en-suite full-size bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a queen daybed, full size pull out mattress, ample closet space, a dresser, and a 4K TV. Bedroom 3 features a king bed with nightstand on each side, a stylish work desk, plenty of closet space, and an HD TV.
EXTERIOR:
Undoubtedly, the pool and patio area will leave you breathless. The large private pool is the focal point of the patio and is complimented by a private hot tub. The pool area is very spacious featuring poolside games like cornhole and life size connect-4. With a spacious gazebo, you will find the gazebo bar and TV will truly elevated your poolside experience. With lounge chair seating for 4, you will be able to soak up the suns rays. Should you decided to grill, there is full-size outdoor stainless steal natural gas grill and then you can gather your whole party around oversized outdoor cedar table with seating for 10. Optionally heated pool-* Optional pool/spa heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for $35/day plus tax with a duration of your stay minimum
