This Rural House is located in the Lagos del Serrano urbanization, in the Sierra Norte of Seville, located in a unique location at the foot of the lakes or reservoir of the cove and just 35 - 40 minutes from the center of Seville on the A-66 (La Plata Highway) exit Ronquillo.

Take a break and immerse yourself in nature! La Casa del Lago awaits you for your weekend getaway, family vacation or a week of pure relaxation at any time of the year that you visit us and guarantees you an unforgettable experience.

The house, 200 meters on a 600-meter plot, combines rural charm with modern comforts: double-glazed windows, blue heating in all rooms and air conditioning, silent ceiling fans to promote rest, fireplace, barbecue area complete with iron and free gas and newly installed charcoal grill, ping pong table, board games and children's play area on artificial grass outside.

And don't forget that you will have the private heated saltwater pool, operational from April 1 to October 31, with temperatures between 26 and 35 degrees depending on your taste.

This rural house nicknamed the castle as we indicated is located at the top of the Urbanization with beautiful views of the lake and the Sierra within a magical and privileged environment such as the Serrano Lakes, from where you will see incredible sunrises and magnificent sunsets. Sun that makes you completely disconnect from your daily life.

The minimum rental of the lake house and its facilities is 2 nights for full and exclusive enjoyment during the contracted days for a maximum of 10 people, which means that they do not share anything, everything is private just for you during those days .

Enjoy the surroundings with a walk and return to the warmth of the fireplace in winter or to the quiet bath in your private pool in summer in a fully adapted and comfortable house to spend a few days, weeks, fortnights of relaxation and tranquility in the Sierra.
