Everything is walking distance from this apartment! You can do anything from shopping, quiet dinner or crazy night. Beautiful sunrises from the terrace!

Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.
Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation
The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station.
You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance.
➤ Please note that for one night stays there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays, we cover this charge so it is complimentary for you.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, and that the guests will follow the building rules
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.

1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee.
2) Apartment keys and building fob have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise.
3) Dress Code Rule: T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fee.
