Do yourself a favor and pay online, the guy at the front desk doesnt know how to check you in, he charged my card twice...the place says pet friendly but there is no where for your pet to go potty. The room was okay but the sink drained really slow linen was stained..

This property is absolutely disgusting. The furniture and walls were covered in mold. Sheets were stained and dirty let’s not mention there was bed bugs. The smell in the room was awful my daughters had an asthma attack after being in there for a few minutes. Staff was rude and not helpful at all there was several people trying to get refunds and leave and the staff said sorry nothing I can do. This place should not be opened let’s not mention the pool was slime I asked if it was opened he said yes they truly don’t care at all about this place or the people staying there it’s also being used as apartments cause the people next to our room lived there they even said don’t stay here it’s awful.

This hotel was terrible, we found roaches in our room and ask the front desk if we could have a partial refund so we could go find another hotel and they refused. We were moved to a different room that was just as nasty and not clean. We only stayed one night of our two night stay and still were not issued any money back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you want to take home extra guests! There were roaches everywhere so we checked out and went to a difderent place! And don't expect a refund because they just take your money stating a "no refund policy for any reason" BS excuse! If Expedia was smart they would stop booking people at this place!

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures when we got there to check in. The manager told me that they ran my card at 8 o’clock and since it denied my card, they canceled my reservation so they didn’t even want to give me a room. So we pretty much had to bake him to give us a room for three nights we got into the room. The outlet by the bed did not work. The bedside lamp did not work. The coffee pot looks like it has been sitting there for a couple months without being used or cleaned, the pool is super small. There was algae or something built up on all the sides of the walls. Ashford clean towels since I was told the housekeeping will not go in the room once we check in they told me there was no clean towels at all on the property. If I did not have two young kids with me I would’ve went somewhere else for my trip. Do not go here. Very disappointed. The best part of this hotel is Krispy Kreme is right next-door because they do not offer breakfast even though on the hotels website it says they offer breakfast. Do not waste your money somewhere else.

The pictures on the website are very deceiving when i walked into room it smelled like they just bug bombed the room the covers and sheets were dirty the pool was so disgusting didn't even want to get in it definitely false advertisement on this one would not recommend anyone to stay here the curtains were rigged up wouldn't even shut all the way and they were also very nasty

The room was dirty! Immediately smelled like urine as soon as we entered. Asked about their refund policy, and obviously there was no refund, so we were stuck. We asked them to come clean it since we had to stay. They “mopped” the floor, but still smelled like pee all around the toilet. The sheets still had paw prints from the last guests, the clean towels had toothpaste on them. All of this was within 10 minutes of being there. Then we discovered the outlet by the beds weren’t attached to the wall, they’d push into the wall when you plugged your charger in. Electrical taped wires running down the wall in the. Piles of garbage and appliances around the side of the hotel. The beds are hard, the sheets are thin, and the pillows are uncomfortable. There’s black mold in the shower and above the mirror. There’s a mildew smell if the ac isn’t kept below 68°. There is NOT a breakfast like they promise, not that you’d want to eat there anyway. They never come to clean the room or give fresh towels. The only positive I can come up with is that the AC does blow cold, and the fridge works.Honestly, I’d rather idle the van all weekend and sleep on a mattress in there than stay at this hotel again. Rude management, poor upkeep, terrible place to stay. I realize you get what you pay for, but there’s also a basic standard that should be met, and this place doesn’t meet it. Ended up eating the last night of our stay and leaving early because I couldn’t stand one more night on the bed. 0/10

There’s an outdoor pool but it needed cleaning. Dated decor. Tub needed cleaned before we used it. Overall it’s economical but not handicap friendly. I use a cane and was placed on the top floor with no elevator…that was the worst part due to pain when I walk.

The property manager was very rude, not very helpful. No ice available anywhere on the property. Snack and drink machines didn't work. Pool walls were covered with algae. Washer and dryer didn't work. Keying into our room didn't work half the time, had to have an employee come up to assist 3 times the the manager said I need to figure out how to work it, one of the employees had to hit it several times to get it to work.

I mean.. It was a place to stay.. not very clean. Super loud and odorous. Used a whole can of air freshener during our stay to try to make it bareable. No ice, no do not disturb signs. Bathroom was pretty nasty, smelled like piss. Drain was full of hair. Just all around neglected.

Kudos to the excellent photographer that made the pool look bigger and the rooms/beds look bigger because it is a small, unkept pool with a small room. The jetted tub was nice but leaked continuously. The beds were full sized although described as larger queens. The towels are really hand towels and I could not get more until 9am the next day making it impossible for everyone to shower. We ended up buying beach towels. The tv is small. I did like not being woken by maid service but I didn’t like that the rooms were never cleaned nor refreshed with tp/towels. Although located at the strip in walking distance, I never found an elevator to the 3rd floor and had to take stairs as an amputee, which made it miserable for me to come and go from my room. It did have a ramp down at floor 2. I will not reserve again and I would not recommend booking the Bear Mount Inn rooms that are lower motel quality with poor service. Not a family friendly hotel in my opinion as I observed drug-use downstairs by stairwell. It is worth paying extra not to stay here!!!

Raj was outstanding. He was friendly, kind and helpful while we were staying here. The room was very clean, cold and quiet. We loved that this place is pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. We will be back.

Me and my pregnant wife searched for a hotel for 6 hours because everyone had these extra charges that didn’t show up on anything. So we find this hotel outside looks nice looks well kept up etc. so we get a room for 2 nights we walk into our room and they was dog hair everywhere like inch think on the beds floors etc like the room wasn’t even cleaned at All the bathroom smelled like pure pee bathtub was covered in hair and my wife is allergic to dogs which we understand that it was pet friendly we have stayed in hotels before that’s pet friendly and didn’t bother her but those other hotels actually clean their rooms. So we decided to just leave so we walk into the office and I explained everything I booked through Expedia and it shows fully refundable well he said no it’s not you leave you still got to pay for the first night stay even tho I just paid him 10 mins ago. So I said ok we will just leave. He said no let’s not leave I’ll upgrade your room I said I didn’t know because the last one was filthy so he took us to look at it and yeah it was a upgrade it was a lot nicer then the first one but it was still bad we was tired from the whole day and just decided to stay. So I open the door to go get something from the vehicle and a roach was on the door and I killed it in the floor they was dead bugs all over the floor. Will not be staying here again.

The rooms are very spacious and they were clean. We did see a couple roaches in our room and we figured that it was because the doors right by the outside so that’s probably where they were coming in other than that was great. They probably could gave us a guide for the cable channels so we know which ones were which but other than that it was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again even though they had some roaches, but I think that’s just part of being at some hotels and all the all the hotels have them so that wasn’t really a big deal. I mean it was the price was right. It was a cheaper price, but you also get what you paid for so the hotel was booked this weekend for Father’s Day and it was really good but I enjoyed it. It was really really nice and spacious and I really enjoyed it.

The room was not cleaned during our three night stay there, nor was the trash taken out. Also, the bathroom door could not close due to damage to it. If any maintenance was done, this would probably be a good place to stay. I also noticed behind the dumpster near our room was remnants of where old equipment/building materials had been disposed of. Someone also put a rocking chair in our parking spot when we came back last night so we had to make a parking spot near said dumpster.

They were very rude and disrespectful the pool water is not clean shower was disgusting and the front office worker kept calling my phone and we turned around and went back home because he said the lobby was closed even know it wasn’t the lobby closing time and when we ask for a refund for that night he said we had already checked in and was in our room even know we hadn’t checked in
