We had a wonderful weekend! House was clean. We had a great time fishing off of the dock. Water was perfect for swimming.. we came with a 8 year and 4 year and the property was great for both ages.. Also our 2 small dogs... we will definitely be back!

Wonderful location and the house was pretty and well kept as advertised. Caught more turtles than fish but cannot blame the owner for that. Would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house! The pictures online do NOT do it justice. So much better than I even imagined. The best AC of any place we’ve stayed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Convenient to almost anything. The deck is perfect in every way. We let our two infants loose and they couldn’t escape which helped us relax. We chose two of the restaurants recommended, El Patio and Martin’s and both were very good. Thanks for a great vacation!

We stayed here for our annual guys trip. At first I was worried about us all fitting but we had plenty room and many of the guys commented about how comfortable it was!

We had 4 couples, with 3 kids under 7. Great space for us! We loved that the kitchen was well equipped, house is located in a quiet space, just steps from the water, and porch is a great size for the families to hang out & also has functioning gates so the little one couldn’t try to escape!

Property was perfect for my family of six with plenty room if you have more. Beautiful place that is very comfortable and in a great location. The private boat launch is a huge plus.

Amazingly, this place fit our needs for ourselves, our adult children, our teens, our infant grandson, & our friends, plus a fur-baby! Everything we needed at the house was there, inside & out (minus the groceries) & plenty of room for the 12 of us. There was already a pontoon docked in a covered bay, and we had multiple boats, so when we had a ton of rain in a day, we did have to make regular trips down to the dock to run out bilge pumps. Also, the owners were easy to contact, and thankfully nothing arose during our stay. Finally, everyone said we had to try Zwolle Tamales. The name and location has changed due to original owner, but they truly were the best tamales. That says a lot, since we are from East Texas. The fried chicken at Toledo Tackle was wonderful, and we purchased live bait just up from the house. Thanks!

This was our 5th trip to Toledo Bend for Spring break, but this has been our favorite place to stay. The location was perfect on the water and not too far from town. The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed! The kids had plenty of places to fish from the bank and docks. The back porch was perfect for afternoon domino games and enjoying the view of the lake. We have already made plans to book this property again for next year!!

We had 8 adults staying at the property. We had plenty of room to accommodate for sleeping, cooking, eating, visiting etc. Beautiful large back patio with a lake view Great location on the water in a private cove. Private boat ramp and boat storage as well. Plenty of space for parking. Communication with the property owner and response time was impressive. The code for the house was sent the day before check in and supplied a direct line for any questions we had. I would recommend this property to everyone and am looking forward to going back again.

Great place for a family getaway. Quiet with nice lake view and wooded setting. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking (of course, because they're Cajun!). Clean and comfortable, all the details are well thought-out. The outside area is well set up and nicely lit at night.

This was a great place to stay. The house was newly remodeled, very clean, and very large. The boat launch was in great shape an easily accommodated a 24’ pontoon boat with the lake level at 170’. Definitely plan on staying here again.

We come to the lake a couple of times a year and this was our first time staying at this property. The house is updated and well furnished. We have a large group and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for us. The location on the lake made it easy to get out and go fishing. The boat launch and boathouse were great and there was plenty of parking on site. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our trip immensely. The property listing description was accurate. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking. The entire home was clean. The property manager was friendly and responded promptly to any questions.
The great memories of catching fishing and enjoying one another will remain with each of us

This home is so relaxing and quiet. Perfect for a little r&r and don’t forget the fishing! The three docks gave you options on spots to throw your line in. The back patio is large and perfect for those mornings drinking coffee enjoying the scenery. Beds are so comfy. Seriously no complaints. Can’t wait to come back again!

We had a great time. House and property were just perfect. Kids had enough room to run around and fish off dock. Plenty of room in house. Close to town which was nice when we had to go to grocery.

This place is very nice. You can tell it has been recently updated and it was done nicely. There are plenty of rooms and/or beds for a larger crowd. The back porch is super nice with tons of chairs and ceiling fans, etc overlooking the cove. Very peaceful. Leighton was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Boat launch is nice only thing that I recommend is that they move the floating pier over a little bit for the bigger boats cause it’s kinda tight . But other then that very nice and enjoyable place

We had a great time and didn't want to leave. So quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are crisp, clean and comfortable.(Lots of beds!)After a nice day of fishing, it was nice being able to take a hot bath/shower. No fighting for who goes first with the generous 3 1/2 bathrooms. USB outlets and bedside charging cables were greatly appreciated, since there's always at least one of us that forgets to bring a charger. Spent our nights sitting by an outdoor fire and night fishing off of the floating Pier. Looking forward to returning. Wonderful place to bring family and friends.

Upon arrival the first thing you’ll notice is the huge front yard; no shortage of parking here. Inside you are greeted with beautifully crafted hardwood floors and incredibly tasteful Louisiana themed art.
The master bedroom is full of natural light with sweeping lake views. It includes a private bathroom that is elegantly designed with a double vanity
The back porch overlooks the lake and has plenty of seating to entertain everyone in the family. It is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, the hardest part might trying to decide if you’re going to make a pot of coffee or just a single k-cup bc they have both!!!
There are countless things to do while here. Some of the things my family enjoyed were watching the wildlife, fishing from the two docks, and boating on the beautiful lake.
