About this house rental

As you enter through the quaint covered bridge of this gated community, you will notice the abundance of nature all around you. Heavily wooded and home to a variety of wildlife, this retreat is nestled among trees for complete privacy. Located on a quiet cul- de- sac, this home opens to a view of a large pond, surrounded by owner maintained nature trails. The community marina and dock, as well as tennis/pickleball court are both a pleasant short walk away. When you enter this professionally decorated home, you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, a large fully stocked kitchen with ample room to gather in with family. A beautiful view of nature awaits you in the great room, enticing you further in. A large wrap around deck and lower level outdoor firepit beckon you to step outside. The main floor bedroom with an on suite awaits you as well as additional bedrooms ...all with spectacular views of tree canopies. More offerings of rest and relaxation can be found on the lower level of the home, with additional main bedroom with an on suite bathroom and two other bedrooms. The lower level also offers a pool table and separate entertaining space as well as access to the outside seating area and nature trails. Enjoy time with family and friends around the firepit, or take a walk to the pond where we invite you to fish (catch and release only please) Bring or rent a boat! This rental includes a complimentary slip at the community dock.
This home offers 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and bunk beds for the kids (in their own custom built hideaway)! The bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Seeing is believing!

We had a 30th birthday party weekend. The house was wonderful. They had some power surges but Donna came over and helped us with all of our issues. She was very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us. Lots of places to sit & gather, both inside & out. Only 15 min away from the boat rental shop. I would definitely return.

It is a fantastic home, clean, spacious, and beautiful nestled in wooded hilly terrain. It is conveniently located for those wanting to hike and view waterfalls. We were there for 5 nights to attend family events in Travelers Rest (45 minute drive) and Pickens (less than 30 minutes drive). We were thrilled to see several deer on the property and listen to the wide variety of birds. I would love to stay in this home again.

Our family attended a wedding at the Reserve. While other family members rented on the Reserve property , for double the price, we were just around the corner. This house was immaculate and large enough to accommodate our family. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed it very much.

The house was amazing and so spacious. We had 7 adults and 2 children staying there and we had a blast, playing cards, playing pool, going down to the lake. We can’t wait to go back! Please remember to sign the guest book that we left so everyone can experience greatness.

This is a great house. We had extended family staying here for a Clemson graduation. 35 mins from campus. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable rooms and great common area for visiting with family. Definitely recommend!

If I could, I’d give it more than 5 stars! The house is spacious and spectacular. The host, Donna, is quick to reply to any questions or requests. The check in and check out process is so easy, and the house is well equipped! We were at Lake Keowee for a family wedding, so our time was brief, and we all wanted to stay longer.

This place was absolutely stunning We were in town for a wedding at Arabella Farms and highly recommend The venue was perfect for a large family Had everything anyone would need The owner communication and instructions were perfect If going to a Clemson event, it is only 35 minutes away Wish we could have stayed longer

Our family had such an incredible time! This home is Absolutely Incredible! So much space for the entire family and ample bedrooms on the main floor. The basement level with pool table was also great for entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed the scenic views in the neighborhood, deer sightings and spending quality time with family. Donna and her husband are incredible hosts.

This home was a beautiful location for our annual cousins gathering. The host, Donna, was so helpful in answering all of our questions prior to checking in & was readily available throughout our stay. I highly recommend this home!!

The house was perfect for us! Very well-maintained and lots of space for our family, and everyone enjoyed the pool table, large TVs, and fire pit. Donna was great to work with as well. Thanks for a terrific weekend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Beds were comfortable, common area’s are spacious and relaxing, outdoor fire pit just a few steps from the back door. From coffee on the back deck, dinner with friends, or late night beverages around the fire pit, we had a great time!

Donna was a fantastic host!!! One of our bests actually. Very quick response time, which was much appreciated. The house was spectacular and the pictures do it no justice. Everything was spotless and well kept.

What a wonderful experience! Despite the rain every day of our stay, we all had plenty of space to relax, visit & play games. The beds were all comfortable & we loved having meals together. We loved seeing the deer, fishing at the pond, & exploring the neighborhood. The host, Ms Donna was the best! Excellent communication & quick in responding to all our questions. If you are looking for a spacious home close to the lake, or just a place to gather with family & friends, you won’t be disappointed in Holly Hill!

The house is beautiful, a perfect place to comfortably house a large group. The view and the area are gorgeous, and we were able to easily use the community dock to go boating on the lake during the day. It was the perfect place to go do outdoor activities and boating for the day and come back for dinner and refreshments at night. Thank you for hosting us, it was a lovely visit!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is the perfect property for a family getaway. I wish we had planned to stay longer. We were there for a function at Clemson University and it was a 30 minute ride to the university.
