Can’t speak highly enough of this gorgeous house, with a very special garden. We all had a great two weeks, with many hours relaxing in and around the pool. We spent our whole time outside to make the most of this amazing space, and as it’s within walking distance of Cannes centre, we could also take advantage of all that offers too. Claudine was incredibly helpful with a last minute hitch in our plans (thanks so much Claudine!) and Annalisa was close at hand with help and suggestions at all times. Overall we would all highly recommend!

The house was beautiful as was the garden and pool. Very accurate description and extremely well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and lovely bathrooms. Utile supermarket just around the corner and a comfortable 15 minute walk into town centre. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful villa in mid-July and had a wonderful time. This villa has a beautiful garden with a pool and is home to a couple of tortoise - my 3 year olf daughter spotted a small baby one and thoroughly enjoyed trying to search around the garden for more! Cannes centre is about a 20 minute walk from the villa so isn't too far to go to head to the beach / out for lunch or dinner - but it is an uphill walk back (great to walk off all the pastries). Our check-in and out process was made very easy by the owner. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Having stayed at Villa Picciola for a few years now I can only say that with every stay it only gets better. The host is outstanding, the accommodation just perfect, nothing is too much to ask and the villa always clean and tidy. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Picciola. Thank you Claudine.

We had a lovely week at this beautiful villa and grounds. We were a family group of 7 adults and enjoyed walking into Cannes and relaxing by the pool. The garden is stunning with a little family of tortoises living in it. The house is very traditional with artwork in each room. There is cooking equipment for both inside and outside BBQ cooking.
AnnaLisa was there promptly to meet us when we arrived and we had efficient emails from the owners at time of booking and to discuss our arrival.
The only comment we had which we have passed on already is that a couple of extra sun loungers by the pool would be helpful.
We would definitely recommend the villa and would look to come back if we were in Cannes again.

We had a great time at Villa Picciola! It was exactly as described and the photos of the backyard/pool/garden do not do it justice!
We were in town for a wedding, and we picked this place for the location. We were a party of two couples, and two singles (6 adults), and the villa was the perfect size.
The property owner/manager was responsive, there to greet us and show us around upon arrival, and on time to check us out.
I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again if we travel back to Cannes!

Stayed here for 9 days - it was so much better than getting a hotel room in the centre of Cannes - had a whole house with pool and explored the region. It is a well equipped home with character and all the home comforts - including great Wifi. Would recommend it.

Wonderful villa, very clean, only critism lack of seating in lounge only comfy seats for three people, but villa sleeps eight and not enough mugs. The beach behind the Festival hall is free beautiful never too crowded and very safe for children with a car park nearby. We had very good food for 24E on the waterfront and plenty of choice. The garden in the Villa had tortoises hedgehog lizards Ceckos and lovely plants plus swimming pool and the whole set up is where I would like to live.

The Villa, garden and swimming pool were very nice.
What we missed was airco in the bedrooms but I can imagine that it’s a big investement for only a few weeks per year.
Although we had 2 blowers it’s perhaps an idea to have a blower on every bedroom. Both present blowers are old, have a low capacity and could/should be replaced.
