Find the panoramic view you've been searching for at this three-story townhome in Incline Village, stunningly situated overlooking Lake Tahoe, the surrounding mountains, and majestic sunsets across the water.
This hillside home enjoys an elevated position up above the lake, with blankets of evergreen forest extending out in every direction. The location is incredibly convenient as well, with both Diamond Peak Ski Resort and the Incline Village Championship Golf Course less than a mile away. The heart of Incline Village, with its many shops, restaurants, and conveniences, is less than two miles away as well.
A setting as scenic as this one calls for equally scenic outdoor spaces. In the mornings, step out onto the balcony off the primary suite downstairs with a cup of coffee and a view of the lake illuminated by the morning sun. Each evening, bring a glass of wine out to the living room balcony just in time for sunset.
The main living space is up on the top floor, with lofty, beamed ceilings and a back wall of windows bringing in the view and sunlight. In this open living area, you'll have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table for family meals and board games, and a living room where you can stream movies by the gas fireplace. Of the bedrooms, two are on the middle floor and one - the primary suite with its own gas fireplace - is on the bottom level.

This was our oldest sons graduation trip. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of Lake Tahoe was perfect. Good quality time as a family.

The views were incredible from every level.

The homes view was top notch. The house itself was nice and fun. The check in took an hour because the key pad code was wrong and property management did not have correct code. Sound carries through the house making putting a baby down difficult as people walk around upstairs. Something was hitting the walls or roof in the wind and made sleep difficult. The kitchen did not have a spatula or scissors. The trash cans in the garage were still full from previous renter. Ice outside the property made loading and unloading a little tricky.

We had a fabulous time here . The townhome is very clean and comfy. The location and views are top notch.
Checking in and out went very smoothly. We were even offered a later check out time which we happily agreed to . We can’t wait to come back next year.

Clean, well equipped, and comfortable place a short drive away from restaurants and shops in Incline Village! The stunning lake views from the balconies were our favorite!

Very comfortable. The views are incredible. I did wish they had tv in master. It is 3 stories. Lots of stairs. Not for handicapped or hard to go up and down stairs. It had all you need. We were in same location 25 yrs ago but different unit. It still the best views around.

The view is even better in-person - absolutely beautiful!

The property was exactly as expected and had all of the amenities needed for a week away. It was lovely to sit in the living room each morning and stare at the lake. The layout was perfect for adult children, giving us all our individual space. My only criticism is that the property wasn’t super clean. It hadn’t been dusted in a while and a random utensil and beer bottle was found in/off one of the bedrooms. The bed linens also could have been cleaner, and the towels were not very soft.

We loved our stay in Incline Village. The home is beautifully situated on the side of the mountain in such a way that you can see your neighbors when on the deck but ahead of you is just an amazing view of Incline Village below & Lake Tahoe. It was warm when we arrived but once we opened up the house & let the mountain breeze blow through, we found it to be very comfortable- even with the heat advisory we were under during our stay. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with the basics we needed for our stay. Having the washer & dryer was a great bonus as well as we were in the middle of a 2 week adventure.
Our one main complaint was the screen doors. The top level (living/kitchen) and the bottom level (master suite) both have two huge, beautiful sliding doors & screen doors to allow the breeeze through the house (since there is no a/c). Unfortunately they are damaged & constantly fell off the tracks, even when my husband & I used them carefully. He was able to put them back on the tracks but it was frustrating & also allowed lots of bugs in the house because they don’t close properly even when they are on the tracks. We mentioned to the property manager & they were planning to address that so hopefully future guests won’t have that issue.

Had a group of friends there for a bachelor party weekend . The views were incredible and the house centrally located to hiking and several beaches.

This property is beautiful, the views are amazing. We had great family time while we were there. Would totally stay there again. The actual property manager Sean is great to work with. They were working on the driveway, resealing it and there was confusion with the Vacasa agent as to whether or not we would be able to come and go. Sean assured me we would not have any problems and we did not:):) He was prompt in responding and very kind. This area of Lake Tahoe has a lot to offer as far as things to do and places to eat. Great location. Highly recommend it.

This property had a beautiful view of North Lake Tahoe. It was so peaceful to sit on the deck in the early morning sipping coffee and listening to the creek flowing below. There was an issue with one of the showers and I was informed of this on the day of check-in and given the opportunity to either switch properties or accept a small refund for the inconvenience. It was fixed on the last full day of our rental. Communication with the property manager was easy.

We had a great stay! The lake is a lot closer than what it looks in the photos. Even the snowy mountains on the other side are pretty visible.
Upstairs: the kitchen has cooking pots and pans, full sets of utensils, cooking utensils, sets of plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, a coffee maker (there’s coffee too), a toaster, dishwashing soap, sponges, pods for the dishwasher, paper towels, etc. Spices and everything you would need to cook. Do get cooking oil or butter if you are going to fry anything.
Laundry room has an iron/ ironing board, laundry detergent, a mesh laundry bag.
Every bathroom is well stocked. Plenty of towels, 2 hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner sets, double sinks.
Heat works fine (controlled by a thermostat). We never used the fireplaces in June. Got to lower 40s at night, but we weren’t cold).
2 balconies. The one upstairs has tables/ chairs. The other balcony is perfect for napping in the lounging chairs (if you want to get a tan - it’s in the sun most of the day).
There are a few throw blankets around the house and sit-up pillows if you like to sit in bed.
We came in 1 car and parked by the door in the car port. Watch out for bears before 6am - saw one walking down our street.
The neighborhood is beautiful. Close to hiking trails (Park by Tunnel Creek Cafe (7min away) - there are 2 trails from there: Tahoe East Shore trail is paved&easy, Monkey Rock/Fume is harder, go early - the views are stunning and it’s cooler).

A lot of problems with this property!
1) Listing says two parking spaces, but we had no access to the second space in the garage and had to park down the hill.
2) Listing says property manager available 24-7, but no one responded to the problem with the locked garage until the second day.
3) Listing says two fireplaces, but only one of them works.
4) Listing says Netflix, but you'd have to have your own account already and log in with it
5) Listing say "Up to 8 people" but there are only four chairs, so only four people can eat together
6) If you plan to cook, there are no spices or condiments except salt, so bring everything you might need.
7) There is no dishwashing soap or dish washer detergent, we had to go buy them.
8) dishes in the cabinets were wet, as if put away in a hurry
9) many of the outlets downstairs don't work
The location is beautiful, but be prepared....
