About this apartment rental
A newly refurbished apartment for rent in the heart of Budapest, consisting of 4 rooms, a large living room, dining area, 3 bathrooms and a balcony, which makes it ideal for smokers! The place is well equipped and ready to welcome large groups, AS LONG AS OUR NEIGHBORS AND HOUSE RULES ARE RESPECTED. The space The apartment is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a big living room, and there are 4 brand new bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the flat. GROUPS: the place is ideal for friends travelling together: you can enjoy the huge living room and at the same time the privacy of the bedrooms. However, please respect the neighbors by being quite in common areas and during the night. FAMILIES, CHILDREN, BABIES: we are very happy to welcome traveling families. We can provide feeding chair, baby cot, baby bathtub to make your stay more comfortable. Please advise us in advance. The building is located a few steps away from Astoria and Blaha Lujza underground station, next to the old Jewish quarter, which is one of the most popular and historical parts of Budapest that is also conveniently located close to the main attractions of the Pest side. Although we have a strict NO PARTY IN THE HOUSE policy, the location is also perfect for nightlife lovers, as the popular, so-called “ruin-pub” quarter is within walking distance with loads of bars, restaurants and concerts. However, IF YOU ARE ONLY VISITING BUDAPEST TO PARTY and intend to consume too much alcohol, PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE. Public transport: You can take underground line 2 at Astoria, or Blaha Lujza tér. There are also several buses leaving from the bus stop in front of the building. Should you have any more questions about the apartment or Budapest/Hungary in general, or you have any special requests or needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we'll do everything we can to help. Guest access Guest can use the whole apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential building. We therefore request our guests to refrain from keeping parties or listening to loud music in the apartment, and to keep as quiet as just possible when using common areas, such as the elevator or the staircase. Also, the apartment and the building is smoke-free. If you are a smoker, you can use the covered balcony that connects to Room #2 if you open the windows facing the garden and closing the door towards the room.
