Positives it is in a great location and beds were comfortable. Negatives there was no television and fireplace smell permeates the house.

Beautifully restored interior. Air conditioning worked great. Quiet street but only steps to Main Street. Especially good for visiting residents at Riverside Sanders which is just a block away.

The house was very comfortable and clean with everything provided for the stay. The location is on a quiet street yet only a short walk to an incredible sweet shop and great restaurant. It was awesome to sit on the sun porch and listen to the birds chirping. We loved it.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home, which we used as a jump-off point to area attractions including the Jamestown Settlement, Colonial Williamsburg, and several state parks. The home was beautifully remodeled and decorated, extremely clean, and included everything you need. The best feature, however, was the very walkable distance (half a street!) to the charming historic Gloucester Main Street with restaurants, shops, a cafe, several historic landmarks and sidewalks the whole way. We were fortunate to time our visit with the blooming daffodils and this area is known for these beautiful flowers— read about their history in the small town park right off the main strip. Thank you for a great trip!

The only draw back was one bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Place was clean.

We were thrilled with the property. It was exactly how it was pictured. It was very comfortable. We were in the area to visit relatives. The only suggestion would be to have one step step stool for short people to get on the beds.

Coffee maker doesn’t work
Bugs! Lots in sunroom! In kitchen too
Bedroom a/c units don’t work … cleaner told us owner is aware of the a/c problem
Interior of house very clean - outside/backyard broken tiles, nails, etc
Overall nice house - much better once the above items are rectified

We were traveling from Texas to Maine and needed a place to stay in the area while visiting friends on our route. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked and owners/property management company had good communication.

House was super clean, kitchen well outfitted (great to have a basic spices but at least there was salt and pepper:)). Driveway was more off-road than we expected which is not a big deal but stepping stones or some such would be great in the rain.

Nicely updated old house. Needs a few things to accommodate traveling people staying there (ie a place to hang wet towels in bathroom, something like a dresser in bedrooms to put stuff). Sent list so hopefully will consider.

The property was perfect! The home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too! Parking was good and the little sitting area on the front porch was nice. It had more room than we really needed with the cute little sun porch.
