About this house rental

Stay at our private upper level newly renovated executive home in Dimple Dell. 3 bedrooms, including Master suite, 4 total beds, living room, dining room and media room, with full kitchen, island seating, and garage parking. Located in East Sandy. 18 minutes from Snowbird and Alta. 34 minutes Brighton. Very lush property facing Dimple Dell Park which is a well known horse recreation and hiking areas. Deer in the yard daily. Over 2000 square feet of space to relax and play in.
Seasonal Community pool access (Memorial through Labor Day) and amenities which includes basketball court, playground, picnic area and horse stables.

This house was exactly what we wanted. Comfortable , warm and close to the canyons. The host was very responsive. Just an overall good experience, would definitely rent again.

The location was great!!! it was close to anything that was needed or wanted. The house was very clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal and serve it. The house also came with plenty of paper products. It felt very private, my grandchildren and great-grandchildren were able to come and visit me almost daily. My sister and I each had a dog and the yard was super for them and we both loved seeing the deer every day. If I make this trip again, I would definitely try to get this same property.

My family stayed at this incredible property for a week and loved every minute. The location is excellent and is in very easy proximity to all of the adventurous fun places and all the of the creature comforts needed for an great vacation. The home is in incredible shape with everything we needed for our stay. the Kitchen had all the necessities and they were good quality. There was plenty of linens to go around and great laundry appliances just in case. Everything was perfect for us. We saw wildlife right outside in the park across the street. This place is great. I hope to stay there again the next time I'm in need of a little "Mountain Therapy"

The property is newly renovated. It was very clean. Plenty of supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for party of 8. Communication with the owner was great. Pretty close to surrounding ski resorts. Thank you for having us.

The house was much larger than expected, inside and out; the pictures don't do it justice. All appliances worked (washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC/heater, etc). Water pressure was low in the shower but most importantly the water stayed hot even with both showers running.

Was a great stay and homeowner was awesome. Listing said it had 3 bathrooms though and we could only find 2. Maybe I’m crazy. Heh

This house had everything new. Had all the amenities down to q-tips and cotton balls. Lots of blankets, towels and great appliances. Even a garage to keep our minivan warm. We really enjoyed this place and the 6 of us could easily spread out and also gather for a lovely meal or to play a game. They even had games to play. Great location to all the ski areas, grocery stores and Dimple Dell Regional Park. Thank you! Hopefully we will be back!

Nice house, feels like you're in a complete home, not a short stay condo. Well appointed. Not much cell coverage, but wifi works well. Check-in/out was easy, and the owner was very helpful. I would happily rent this place again.
